The optimization of functioning of the blood circulation apparatus is the necessary condition for the achievement of high sports results. One of the methods for revealing of the latent changes in the cardiovascular system and in the mechanisms of regulation in particular is the orthostatic testing. 14 young athletes aged 11-13 years engaged in sports volleyball were surveyed. The sports experience of children was 1—1 years, sports qualification. The orthostatic testing allows to estimate both reserve opportunities of system of regulation of blood circulation, and adaptable opportunities of young female volleyball organism.

The paper deals with the analysis of opioid receptors, their endogenous and synthetic agonists in the formation of resistance to acute hypoxia. The article proves that stimulation of opioid receptors is normally accompanied by a neuroprotective effect in acute hypoxia. It also studies the role of different types of opioid receptors in the implementation of the adaptation protective effect to hypoxia. Mechanisms opioids activity, the role of cAMP, cGMP, nitric oxide, inositol triphosphate, K+ - and Ca2 + -channels in implementation of agonists effects of opioid receptors are analysed. Opioidergic mechanisms of the reactions that increase the resistance to hypoxia are described.

The author of the article tries to determine the place of the so-called verbal synlexes (morphologically composite, stable nominative units of language; functional-semantic analogues of the separate verbs) in the nominative structure of the Russian language. There are four types of correlations between the verbal synlexes and the verbs. The author is especially interested in the case when the verbal synlexes correlate with the verbs that have the same root and enumerates the ways permitting to avoid doubling of the synlex and the verb.

Ondar E.M. TO THE PROBLEM ABOUT THE PECULIARITIES OF THE TUVAN PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE 1920–1930 // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 12 (177). P. 158-164

The article discusses the features of the political development of the Tuvan People’s Republic in the 1920s–1930s, associated with both lack of experience of the independent existence of the state in previous periods of its development and great influence of the USSR on all aspects of life of the Tuvan society. The last circumstance led to the adoption of a one-party political system headed by the Tuvan people’s revolutionary party, formed almost simultaneously with TPR in 1922. The young Republic at the same time gained experience in both state and party organization. Considering the total illiteracy in the 1920s, the former ruling elite continued to take the leading positions in the state. Active intervention of the Soviet Russia in the internal political situation of the TPR in the late 1920’s led to the coming to power of the “lefts”, that began a radical socialist transformation, and proclaimed a non-capitalist way of the development of the country. A political system, similar to the USSR, is gradually being approved in Tuva. The scientific importance of the study is determined by the fact that its results and the conclusion deepen and widen the existing information in the national historiography on the historical experience of the state-organization in the years of the TPR, moreover, they reveal the features of its political development both in the time under consideration and in the present time.

The article provides the results of scientific research in which the problem of social and professional adaptation of graduates of organizations of professional and craft education is solved. The author of the article created the methodological basis of the socializing approach to training of a craft profession allowing to strengthen a social role of the pedagogical system directed to forming and development of a value system and the social behavior inherent in handicraftsman-businessman. Presents the system of principles and provisions of the socializing approach to training of a craft profession which provides the managed socialization process. The system allows to develop and reform the system of professional education performing training of handicraftsman-businessman in different types of craft. The author states pedagogical conditions of planning of value-oriented pedagogical management which are the potential for further theoretical and applied researches in the field of professional socialization of various social groups. The process of socialization is shown as the sequence of stages, having passed which the pupil handicraftsman masters the social values and standards of behavior. For this purpose the author developed the concept of adjustment of curricula to the purposes of integration system and valuable and social role model of handicraftsmen entrepreneurs in social and pedagogical system of professional education. The Sakha language is one of the state languages of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). For development and support of the native language in our Republic extensive work is being done in the field of bilingual education. The concept of bilingual education involves interrelated activities of teachers and students, aimed at the study of the subject means of native and non-native languages, which is achieved by mastering subject content, the development of speech and thinking, and the formation of balanced bilingualism in which students acquire languages in the same degree. The article addresses the issues of language education in terms of functioning of the two state languages (on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)). Against the background of introduction of Federal state educational standard, the educational environment of the Republic is developing dynamically, based on the scientific research modern teaching materials, manuals, reference materials are being developed. It is known that the native language plays a special role, since it is the basis for the formation and development of thinking, intellectual and creative abilities, as well as socialization of personality and introducing it to culture. Therefore, this article describes features of formation of students’ linguistic concepts in teaching to the native language. Describes the monitoring study in 5–9th forms of the Yakut schools, a brief analysis of textbooks in the native language in the primary school. For more successful development and formation of linguistic competencies, reference materials developed by the Research Institute of National Schools of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are offered.

Introduction. The purpose of the article is proving the expediency of necessity of a qualitative change in the management system of educational organizations, in particular, the possibility of applying the matrix approach, in order to organize effective interaction in the teaching staff. Material and methods. The research materials were the results of the psychological and pedagogical findings of national and foreign scientists (A. V. Afonina, A. A. Bodalev, Ya. L. Kolominsky, V. A. Malikova, A. Kh. Maslow, A. B. Orlova), and the experimental work, which was carried out by employees and students of Master’s program of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University from 2017 to 2019. These data allowed studying the peculiarities and dynamics of the secondary school teachers’ interaction, due to qualitative changes in the management system. Results and discussion. The main goal of the state educational policy is to improve the quality of education, and the organization of effective interaction in the teaching staff is a progressive means for achieving it. However, the phenomenon of synergetic interaction, possessing the potential for qualitative growth of teams, has not been fully studied in the field of education. Moreover, practice shows that modern teachers prefer the creation of personal educational spaces. There is an extremely low level of teachers’ group and teamwork at school, and the problem of building effective interaction between pedagogues is one of the key. Responsibility for the functioning and development of productive labor relations lies with the administrative stuff, and there is a lot of regulatory methods for organizing effective interaction. Professional educational activity is based on the main principles of harmonious management in any industry. There are four the most important management functions. They are planning, organization, motivation and control. The criteria for effective interaction, according to the research of A. V. Afonina, are mutual cognition, mutual understanding, relationships, mutually defined actions and mutual influence. Using the data of these equal organizational units in the managerial structure on a parity basis (a matrix approach) is an effective way for organizing of teachers’ effective interaction. This idea was proved by the results of the experiment, which had been conducted in one of the Arkhangelsk secondary schools. Conclusion. Matrix-structured management has a positive potential for building and implementing of teachers’ effective interaction. Moreover, in conformity with the educational environment, it is an innovatively oriented organizational management system.

On the example of cultivation of sprout cabbage of a kind «Nadezhda» in the summer period influencing of meteorological conditions 1999-2003 years to productivity of correction light films for protection closed soil is investigated. With usage of techniques of biological testing of films is rotined, that challenging influencing to growth and development of plants («polysvetany» effect) correction light films render only at enough favorable temperature and light meteorological conditions, giving considerable effects of increase of biomass of spout and economic productivity of horse radish. At a decrease of mean temperatures on 5-7 °C or increase of temperatures on 8-10 °C from optimum for cultivation of plants and long-term period of dense cloud cover during realization of experiment in conditions of closed soil without an auxiliary illumination and heating «polysvetany» effect is not watched. Reproduction of effect in region of risky agriculture (Tomsk) in the indicated term is reached 40% in most unfavorable for an agriculture spring period and 75 % in the summer period

Some time ago the authors proposed a new approach to self-dual electrodynamics and its superextensions, based on introducing auxiliary (super)fields which ensure linearization of the duality transformations. In the talk this universal method is applied for analysis of the self-duality properties of the N = 2 Born-Infeld (BI) action with the nonlinearly realized “hidden” N = 4 supersymmetry. Its self-duality is proved up to the 10th order in the superfield strengths. The conjecture about the general structure of the N = 2 BI action modified by the auxiliary chiral superfields is put forward.

Besides their studies, pupils accepted extraduties, voluntarily assisting soldiers families. The formation of labour teams from pupils was very important either from educational points of view.

The main method of treating schizophrenia is the use of antipsychotic medication. The aim of this study was to investigate the parameters of endogenous intoxication in the serum of patients with schizophrenia during the longterm antipsychotic therapy. We demonstrated a significant change in the spectrum of middle mass molecules in the blood serum in patients with drug-induced side effects (tardive dyskinesia), which was manifested in higher rates of toxic and nuclear fractions.

Yakubova N.M. TACTIC OF EXPLICATION OF DOUBT IN COOPERATIVE AND NONCOOPERATIVE SPEECH STRATEGIES (ON THE MATERIAL OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 10 (151). P. 39-45

In this article we consider such notions as “speech strategy” and “speech tactic”. Based on the Cooperative Principle and the Politeness Principle speech strategies are divided into cooperative and non-cooperative ones. We analyze the tactic of explication of doubt as a means of realization of speech strategies. Speech strategy is defined as a set of speech actions directed at achieving speaker’s goal. We prove that gaining liking from others, friendship’s support, acquiring information, consolation and calming other people strategies, realized by the tactic of explication of doubt, are cooperative ones. Defamation and persuasion strategies, realized by this tactic, are non-cooperative ones, while speech tactic is one or some speech actions which help to implement a strategy.

The article deals with basic periods of formation and development of communicative stylistics of text, which has been growing at the Tomsk State Pedagogical University since 1992 at the department of modern Russian and stylistics (from the end of 2017 the department of the Russian language). Peculiarities of this scientific school and factors that defined its dynamics in scientific context of linguistics at the end of XX – beginning of XXI century are described in the article. In the light of the ideas of the communicative paradigm of linguistic knowledge, in the nineties and early 2000s, the achievements of related sciences are formed that fall under the traditional and functional stylistics, functional lexicology and the theory of the communicative text: the main directions of the communicative stylistics of the text: on the verge of linguistic pragmatics – the regulative theory, on the verge of psycholinguistics – theory of text associations, on the verge of philological hermeneutics – the theory of semantic expansion of the text. Each of these areas of communicative stylistics is aimed at researching the effectiveness of dialogue between the author and the reader with the use of text. The main is the systemic and active approach to the text as a form of communication and the phenomenon of idiostyle of the language personality, which is “left” outside the text. Ideas of communicative and active approach to the text, which are realized in works of this trend, were called for the methods of teaching the Russian language. The basic periods of communicative stylistics of text development are due to new tendencies in language and speech research, connected to extension of units of analysis and to intensification of cognitive and discursive aspects of textual activity, expansion of empirical base of researches, that includes at the beginning of XXI century poetic, advertising, epistolary, media discourses. Cognitive and media vector of development is typical for modern communicative stylistics of text. It is obvious that there is the necessity of further expansion of empirical material associated with genre and style variety of up-to-date media communication, elaboration of typology of informational and media language personalities, research of cognitive aspects of their idiostyle as well as perfection of methods of different types of texts’ analysis in perspective.
