The fluorescen properties of polyethylene photoluminescent films connected with injecting to their composition of photoluminophor on the basis of linkings of europium in excitation of UV by radiation of the sun are investigated. For the first time experimental measurement of rates of fluorescent radiation of a photoluminescent film at its exploitation in natural conditions are carried out. The maximum values of fluorescence intensity of films in investigated conditions make near to 8 mW/m2, average day from 0.5 to 2 mW/m2. For the first time the received results have allowed to make a quantitative estimation of fluorescent radiation intensity of photoluminescent films at effective cultivation under them plants in natural conditions. Reproducing of such indices can allow transferring effect studying to controllable laboratory conditions.

A distinctive feature of contemporary linguistic research is its engagement with language actualization processes. This point finds its foundation in F. de Saussure’s conception distinguishing language, speech and speech activity which has given rise to various new trends with the purpose of exposing and examining the sense generating mechanisms of language in work. Analytical perspectives comprise a diversity of problems including the psychology of perception, interpretation and assessment of various phenomena, conventions of societal structures and communication modi. This originates a new interdisciplinary problem-solving plane with a new subject termed “discourse”. The phenomenon complexity and, consequently, the multiplicity of qualification and classification criteria bring forth a discord in the term (as well as the phenomenon) interpretation. There springs up a necessity to define its (the term and the phenomenon) status, correlations with other objects of linguistic analysis, such as text, genre, register. All these points, as well as the problem of term coinage and usage are in the focus of the article.

The article deals with the phenomenon of the Russian language abroad. As the title implies the article describes general research context of the phenomenon and focuses on the research of the Russian-language emigrant newspapers. In general research the context of the phenomenon of the Russian language abroad, basic approaches and research aspects are analyzed. The analysis of approaches and aspects is based on research works published in Russia since 1990s. The author refers to sociolinguistic, lingvocultural and intergrated methods of the research to basic approaches. Research aspects of the phenomenon are presented as branches, waves and generations of the Russian emigration. The article provides in detail two branches of the Russian emigration which are differentiated to the geographical principle – the West and the East Russian emigration. It is also reported about the diachronic aspect of the phenomenon of the Russian language abroad – waves of the Russian emigration and the sociolinguistic and language description of their typical representatives are given. In addition to this the synchronic aspect is described – the Russian language of generations within the scope of waves. In the general context of the research phenomenon of the Russian language abroad the author gives much attention to the Russian language of ethnic Germans who emigrated from Russia to Germany in 1990s. The object of the research is modern Russian-language newspapers of Russian Germans who live in Germany. The author analyses the structure of the Russian-language printed emigrant newspaper market in Germany and points out modern tendencies in the Russian language of newspapers of Russian Germans in Germany.

The article considers the issue of securing of quality of university specialist training in accordance with state educational standards. Systemic statistical control over academic activities is used as a means ensuring the university transition from orientation on final result control to the concept of identification and prevention of deficiencies in specialist training. Statistical control is understood as adjustment of the parameters of academic activities based on the results of random statistical testing of student proficiency. Shewhart control charts, Pareto charts, synchronic and diachronic analysis of results obtained in the course of student assessment, have been used as major methods. Application of statistical control methods facilitates feedback in academic activities, changes and improvement of management and process control. The paper presents methods of statistical control over academic activities and experience of its application at universities to provide and support the required level of specialist training quality.

In this article «A Writer's Dairy» is analyzed as the unique example of representation of F. M. Dostoevsky's existential experience. The content of «A Writer's Dairy» by Dostoevsky is focused on the basic concept «victim», which enables the victimological discourse of the text. The purpose of the presented publication is to show interference of the culture of Renaissance and imperouslypolitical sphere in France and Germany, referring to the materials of Russian and intrenational historiography. The research urgency is caused by the necessity of revealing the environmental factors that stimulate the formation of play competencies of children of preschool age. The purpose of the article is to identify meaningful saturation and potential of the home play environment and preschool education institution in terms of formation of senior preschoolers’ play skills. The methods of the problem research are participant observation and a survey, allowing a comprehensive analysis of the environmental factors of formation of play competence in preschool years. The authors present structural organization of play competence in senior preschool age, when the need for play is most significant. This need leads to the development of the ability to take on the role, to formulate a game goal, to put the game problem and a number of indicators of behavioral, cognitive and emotional-evaluative components. The article analyzes the specifics of the home play environment and the environment of the preschool educational organization and their role in the formation of play competencies in senior preschoolers. The article considers the technique of a construc¬tion of mathematical models of synthesis of a sports¬man's movements and shows the result of their crea¬tion. The adequacy of the developed mathematical models of a sportsman's movements to actual motive operations is considered and the error of their opera¬tion is evaluated.

The experiment on rats shows that daily inhalation of UDP piezoceramics in dose 150 mg/m3 bring not only to the increase of separate element contents that are part of blood and liver whey of experimental animals, but also to histopathology change of liver parenchyma. Noted in 4 months from the beginning of experiment reduction of lead and chromium in liver concentration among the rats, getting inhalation of UDP, on the background of remaining high corresponding indicators of the blood whey, can be connected with the development of the habitation phase in reaction of adaptation.

In the chronic experiment on rats was showed a toxic effect of ultradispersive powder (UDP) for piezoceramics on pulmonary tissue. The complex of structural changes of pulmonary tissue that include appearances of productive inflammation with outlet to sclerosis and collection of compensatory-adaptive reactions has been found. On the whole it is confirm a presence protracted toxic exogenerative nature effect. The toxic effect is consequent of significant increase levels of Pb, Cr and in a less degree Ti (in 19, 3,7 and 3,3 once appropriately) in pulmonary tissue of rats after 4 month experiment

The fact that the names of mythic ancestors are tabooed led to the process of euphemisation.

The words denoting meteorological phenomena are analysed in the paper. Some words are marked by consonantal stem-building suffixes which indicated active/animate nouns in Proto-Indoeuropean. A lot of these words belong to a vowel declension in Gothic that is connected with the change of the attitude to the world and the loss of an animate meaning. Despite this, etymological, morphological and lexico-semantic analysis proves that the words of this lexicosemantic group related to the active class in the past and meteorological/ atmospheric phenomena were accepted as animate by ancient Indo-Europeans.

Oxygen and carbon isotope content of Lake Siritkul sediments, accumulated during 11000–5000 14С yr. B.P. was studied. There was revealed coincidence of pollen-zones and climatic stages determined on the basis of isotopic analyses. The assumption of connection between atmospheric precipitation, evaporation and isotopic content of carbon and oxygen was confirmed with the help of pollen analysis.
