The article deals with the peculiarities of expressing the category of ‘measure’ in Modern English, which possesses a large gamut of various measures and classifiers, e. g. container measures, group classifiers, mensural classifiers, etc. To gain a better insight into the systemic peculiarities of the conceptual category of ‘measure’ the revealed linguistic means have been gathered into certain groups, which form the structure of the functional-semantic field representing the category under discussion. The core of the field is formed by the terms of the metric system of measurements and the traditional units of measure used in English-speaking countries. Of special interest are evaluative (inaccurate and/ or unspecified) measures, representing the peripheral zones of the above-mentioned category.

The activity of peptidyl-dipeptidazy A in the brain of rats following single fold action piracetam, рhenotropil, noopept after 0.5 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours, 72 ca-meat after injection. In terms of short-term mode of administration used nootropics general trends identified changes in the activity peptidyl-dipeptidazy A: the highest activity was observed in the pituitary gland at 72 hours after injection рhenotropil and the striatum 4 hours after injection of piracetam and noopept. Marker-tion measurable activity of the enzyme studied in rats after a single dose pre-nootropic preparations in the dynamics of observation can serve as one of the key biochemical characterized-tics possible neurochemical mechanism of action.

The epistolary forms which entered a context of “The Moscow magazine” and “The Bulletin of Europe” are considered as an embodiment of the concept of N. M. Karamzin – the publisher, as a reprezentant of his creative method. N. M. Karamzin actively develops poetics of the private, friendly letter in the journalistic and publishing practice, thus the poetics of epistolary publications in Karamzin magazines is conformable to poetics of his private letters. In magazines, also as well as in private letters, estimates and judgments of the publisher, his image itself organize reader’s perception, play a sample role, immerse in the Karamzin sphere of spiritual and intellectual aspirations. The letter as a plot forming element of Karamzin magazines allowed their publisher to come into direct contact with the reader, and “someone else’s” letters became remarks in the dialogue organized by the publisher, a reason for publishing reflections. The letter becomes an ideal form of creation of the addressee – the reader of the magazine as in it the behavioural standard is formed. Certain dynamics of epistolary poetics from “The Moscow magazine” to “the Bulletin of Europe” is noted. The conclusion is that the epistolary is the major esthetic category, it in many respects causes deep internal unity of editions of N. M. Karamzin.

The paper reviews the projects on studies of the Ob-Yenissei language area in Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The problem of the research project “Typology of Simple Sentence in the Languages of the Ob-Yenisei area: Information and Argument Structure” sponsored by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) has been described in detail: a review of literature on structural and communicative syntax has been made, also the degree of the project topic study in the languages under investigation has been analyzed. The languages of the project do not give a detailed description of the subject-matter. The Praat linguistic program, which allows to divide the sound stream, will be used to the results of the study. The result is to form an understanding of the typological picture of the Ob-Yenisei language area with respect to the word order and communicative structure of the sentence. The article is finished with a brief review of prospective directions of the researches which are to be fulfilled on the materials of underdescribed and highly endangered languages. The indigenous population of Siberia has faced difficulties in describing the language picture of the world on the material and spiritual culture of ethnic minorities. The Ob-Yenisei language area has not been described on individual grammatical categories in the functional and typological perspective, and the problem with the lexical typology, and syntax, does not contain an investigation in the areal aspect. Thus, it is necessary to elaborate studies on small languages

Certain evidence confirming existence of “information filtration” was found, as in space simulations, crews preferred not to share certain problems of their life with MC. At the same time, certain psychological problems in adaptation caused well-known transfer of negative feelings to MC. Astronauts preferred to contact their national MC. In the article the rendering of the possible way of pronominal system formation in the Selkup language is offered. Interrogative pronouns were historically the names of mythical ancestors. Tabooing of the names caused the use of allegories in form of interrogative, indefi nite, negative pronouns. The substitutes of the names became the key elements of word formation: kaj “duck” (totem); kaj “who”, “what”, “what”; kajdo “why”, “what for”; kajne “nothing”.

The article is devoted to the first in the literature and publicism of the beginning of the XIX century Siberia research edition – «The Siberian bulletin» by G.I. Spassky. Special attention is paid to the principles of selection of the material, ways of its submission which as it is represented, are caused by specificity of recognition of Siberia in culture of the beginning of the century. East Russia is comprehended in «The Siberian bulletin «as exotic territory; receptions of its description go back to utopian performances about «the far grounds». This paper focuses on adjectives describing texture and topological properties of surfaces (e. g., “smooth”, “fl at”, “coarse”, etc.) in three Uralic languages – Erzya, Udmurt, and Estonian. I analyze the distinctive semantic parameters and the main types of metaphorical uses. Areas of further typological research into this lexical group are outlined – both within the Uralic family and in a broader typological prospect.

The article presents an attempt to identify the aspects of development of mathematical abilities of schoolchildren in the process of formation of concepts representing the design in the form of three-dimensional model projected in (substantive, functional and conditional) planes. The model is based on the identified logical characteristics (volume, content, classification), types and stages of formation of the levels of formation of a concept, identified criteria adequate to the four levels of schoolchildern’s MA (discrete, fragmented, structured and holistic). For the first time developed a criterion for assessing the development of schoolchildren’s MА in the formation of concepts, according to which the four levels are marked. In general, the article shows the process of schoolchildren’s MА in the form of multifunctional dynamic and hierarchical model of the formation of concepts embodied at the output of the internal educational product and the student by correcting ascertaining certain result of a higher order.
