Wide application of project method in teaching of physics shows the potential of this method for engineering education in modern conditions of training of specialists able to adapt to modern conditions of production. The studies of many authors confirm the need for the formation of the generalized design skills for teaching physics at the technical University throughout the study at the University, including classes in physics. In our previous studies were introduced the notions of learning tasks in physics and generalized design skills and proved their compliance with the stages of the training project activities, represented the design skills formed on these stages corresponding to the phases of professional design activities of engineer. As a means of forming generalized design skills, we propose to use learning tasks in practical classes in physics. This article presents one way of forming common design skills, criteria for the selection of learning tasks in physics with the aim of forming common design skills, introduced the concept of the design potential of learning physical tasks. The authors show the method of formation of the generalized design skills and the step by step algorithm of actions of the teacher to organize the educational process to create and implement projects based on learning tasks in physics.

Ryskina Liliya Leonidovna TEST AS A METHOD OF CONTROL AND ASSESSMENT OF CURRENT TRAINING PROGRESS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 132-135

As part of the creation of a fund of assessment tools for the discipline “Mathematical Analysis”, a test on “Indefinite Integral” is developed for monitoring of students’ knowledge. The test materials for full-time students of the profile faculty were placed and tested in the distance learning system “Open Educational Environment of TSPU”. The advantages of testing along with traditional forms of control are discussed. References to guideline documents regulating the content of the discipline, and consequently the content of the tests are listed. In addition, during the study of the discipline the formation of competence elements is proposed. The test discussed in the article is aimed at the development of one of them. Then the basic settings and characteristics of the test are described. It is noted that it is very important to determine correctly the total time for completing the test, judjing from the number of test questions and the estimated time allotted for each question in the test. The evaluation criteria were also defined. Particular attention is paid to various types of test questions, in addition to a brief description, examples of tasks from the test are given as an illustration. The conclusion about the effectiveness for the using of the test as a form of monitoring is made. Further plans for developing tests on other topics are described, with the prospect of including them in a general test for the final control on the discipline.

Yiddish, the language of Ashkenazic Jews, arose about ten centuries ago as a result of contact with various dialects of Medieval German. Of all the Germanic languages, Yiddish looks least Germanic: it uses a Hebrew alphabet and is read from right to left, and its grammar and lexicon have undergone considerable influence not only from Hebrew and Aramaic, but also from various Slavic languages. Between 1890 and 1920 millions of Jews from Central and Eastern Europe boarded ships for America. They were fleeing the tragic events that shook the Old World. So Yiddish language and culture began its journey on a new continent. Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia were among the cities where Yiddish theaters, newspapers, and book publishers thrived. A Yiddish vaudeville sprang up, featuring performers who could switch in the blink of an eye from dances and funny jokes to sentimental songs. The heart of the culture lay in New York, where Second Avenue acquired the nickname “the Yiddish Broadway.” Yiddish words were quick to enrich American English - words like bagel, bupkes, chutzpah, klutz, schlemiel, schlep, schmuck, tchotchke, etc. Many words and phrases from Yiddish you can encounter today in American books, magazines, newspapers; or hear on television or radio, in movies or nightclubs; or may overhear on the street in many cities in the United States. The borrowings from Yiddish include specific ethnic and religious terms, words of conversational speech, pejorative words and terms of Jewish cuisine.

This article considers the criteria and indicators of the formation of moral culture of a student in the multicultural context and describes the model of the process of its formation. The data of the psychological and pedagogical experiment, the evaluation of the effectiveness of creating pedagogical conditions after the introduction of the developed model in the educational process of the university are given. The examples of the use of active methods, forms, techniques and tools aimed at developing the backbone elements of student’s culture and determining his proactive attitude in forming up constructive relations in a modern multi-ethnic society are presented. The author reveals the ways of organizing independent creative activity, reflexive experience as a mechanism for reinterpreting the content of consciousness, correlating one’s abilities, self-actuating and self-improvement. The purpose of the study was to identify and substantiate definite organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of moral culture of a future professional in a multicultural educational environment. The introduction of the model of formation of moral culture of a student in the multicultural educational environment made it possible to raise the level of knowledge system, motives, attitudes, values and moral orientations of students, the ability to interact with partners from other cultures. Positive dynamics in relation of student to the proposed study of the field of culture, its specific content, readiness for self-actuating and self-evolution was noted.

Now the problem of use of peat as litter is actual as in Russia and abroad. Application of peat as litter is one of the most valuable agriculture utilization of peat. Peat of a low degree of decomposition as a litter has a number of advantages in comparison with wood shavings, sawdust and straw. The peat litter possesses a high moisture capacity and gas absorbing ability, small heat conductivity, antiseptic properties. High water- and gas absorbing ability allows utilizing manure and drains of cattle-breeding farms, integrated poultry farms, keeps the nutrients necessary for cultivation of agricultural crops. Using of a peat litter one can receive peat manure - the valuable organic fertilizer used in field husbandry. Productivity of animals and birds also raises, working conditions improve. We studied the fractional composition and size characteristic of raw material for litter, water absorbing ability of different fractions, pressing peat of a low degree of decomposition. Researches in the field of manufacturing and using of a peat litter continue.

We consider massive p-forms in arbitrary D-dimensional curved space-time. Quantization of these models has been performed. The massive theories of p-forms do not possess gauge invariance, in contrary of massless theories. The details of unconstrained Lagrangian formulations (being continuation of earlier developed research for Bose particles in NPB 862 (2012) 270, [arXiv:1110.5044[hep-th]], Phys. of Part. and Nucl. 43 (2012) 689, [arXiv:1202.4710 [hep-th]]) are reviewed for Fermi particles propagated on an arbitrary dimensional Minkowski space-time and described by the unitary irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare group subject to Young tableaux Y (s1; ... ; sk) with k rows. The procedure is based on the construction of the Verma modules and nding auxiliary oscillator realizations for the orthosymplectic osp(kj2k) superalgebra which encodes the second-class operator constraints subsystem in the HS symmetry superalgebra. Applying of an universal BRST-BFV approach permit to reproduce gauge-invariant Lagrangians with reducible gauge symmetries describing the free dynamics of both massless and massive fermionic elds of any spin with appropriate number of gauge and Stukelberg elds. The general construction possesses by the obvious possibility to derive Lagrangians with only holonomic constraints.

Heuristic power and cognitive limits of the concept of complexity is viewed in this paper. It is shown, that the use of the concept of complexity helps us not only to recognize to what extent social thinking could accept basic ideas of synergetics, but also to deepen methodological reflection of the natural and social sciences’ integration process. The article is devoted to the obstructive cholestasis – a type of violation of the outflow of bile from the liver (cholestasis), which is quite common in the clinical practice. An urgent problem is that of evaluation of its degree on the basis of diagnostic systems of marker indicators of metabolic status of the organism (static and dynamic), one of the leading may be the antioxidant activity and the level of oxidative modification of proteins, in combination with the average mass of the molecules – a universal test of the severity of endotoxemia. For such experimental studies (in vitro) it is suitable to develop model biological systems, which will allow to test the sensitivity of the studied metabolic tests to varying degrees of severity of subhepatic cholestasis and in the future – to create diagnostic systems on their basis.

In accordance with strictly outlined requirements of the modern national economy, the educational system must prepare a graduate capable of future continuous self-improvement. The greatest difficulties are encountered precisely when overcoming contradictions between technology (techniques) training at various levels of the current educational system. Modernity acknowledges some threshold contact of University and educational institutions, preparing future entrants. In these circumstances, there are special requirements for preparation of future teachers of technology. Identifying the market path to combat hidden content, they implement comprehensive learning objectives. The preparation of a competitive specialist in Russia includes the professional competence of teachers, which is associated with the changing priorities of the learning process of the components of knowledge and methods of reproductive education, characteristic of an authoritarian educational model, a personaloriented, developing, cognitive-focal focus based on the principles of humanization and democratization. Such approach allows to introduce the elements of individual training, successfully building the routes for student-centered learning. The article presents the overview of resources in practical phonetics published in Russia over the period of sixteen years. In this study far from the critical review we conclude the main problems typical for Russian pronunciation training. We found the traditional ways of teaching phonetics and defined their advantages and drawbacks. The article is an attempt at taking a comparative look at the treatment of English tones in a sample of ten teaching resources through the time of sixteen years. The selection of English tones for the analyses is for their notoriety in the context of learning by Russians. After analyzing the teaching resources we found the balanced treatment of segments and suprasegments which is definitely a great advantage of time. Also a positive moment is an equal treatment of pronunciation together with grammar and lexis. However till present days we can state the over-use of drill-like pronunciation activities, where the repetitive and mechanical practice is still the weakness of the analyzed pronunciation materials. Traditional drill-based activities are so far fruitful but the modern way of education demands inclusion of communicative pronunciation-oriented activities in the learning practice. The occasional use of consciousness-raising and self-monitoring activities is still a typical feature of phonetic classes all over Russian universities. It is a strong call for incorporation of confidence building and reflective activities in the pronunciation training.

The article presents the analysis of peculiarities of creation of family and family life of the Russian law intellectual elite of the period of modernization in the second half of XIX – early XX centuries. The importance of this aspect is due to the significance of the family, especially wife, in creating the conditions for successful scientific and journalistic activities. Some aspects of the problem are reflected in the works of N. L. Pushkareva, L. P. Repina, T. A. Saburova. This issue is at the intersection of problematic fields of history of intellectual culture, and the history of everyday life. A full study of the results of intellectual activity is possible only taking into account the understanding of the working conditions of their creators, their surrounding environment and relationships with family. To understand these features we have applied the methods of biographical and generational analysis, and gender analysis from the standpoint of the historical andrology. Conclusions based on the study with the denoted positions of the diaries and memoirs of the lawyers. Professionally successful lawyers suffered the most comfortable transition to a small family, perceived equitable conjugal role and the active role of the father in the upbringing of children. Marriage was seen as a deliberate step, voluntary, based on love union. The financial position of the bride had a secondary role, importance is given to personal qualities and level of intelligence. They emphasized the undoubted value to family life. Extramarital relations (if mentioned) were described very veiled. Representations of law intellectual elite about family and marriage, as well as practical implementation has coincided with the trends in this direction among the Russian educated society in the second half of XIX – early XX centuries.

The article presents some results of the research of the problem of development of professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of their professional activity in the conditions of general education organization. The urgency of the problem is justified by the strategic priorities of the development of upbringing in the modern state policy formulated in such leading policy documents as the Strategy of development of education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, the professional standard «Specialist in Education». Based on the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the competence approach, professional competence is considered as an integral characteristic of a teacher who has the ability to implement modern programs and technologies, to manifest creativity, to find the right solutions, to act in ordinary and unusual situations. The features of professional competence of teachers in the field of education are studied. The approaches to the identification of the components of the professional competence of teachers in the field of upbringing are indicated. The main characteristics of the developed model of the development of professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of pedagogical activity, its axiological, projective-empirical, technological, information-methodical, reflexive diagnostic modules, self-education and social partnership modules are presented. Presented are the forms of work that contribute to the development of professional competence of teachers in the course of their professional activities (pedagogical council, seminars and workshops, business games, discussions, generalization of educational experience, scientific and methodological support for the selfeducation of teachers, etc.). Approbation of forms and methods of increasing the professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of professional activity was carried out during the experimental work in the general education organizations of Novomoskovsk and Troitsky administrative districts of Moscow.

The problem of improvement of forms of diagnostics and control of knowledge, abilities, skills, practical experience of the students of specialised secondary educational institutions under the introduction of federal state educational standards in educational practice is considered. The propaedeutic flow chart developed by authors allows to carry out stage-by-stage tracking of the concrete achievements which are trained and to determine the level of formation of common cultural and professional competences of students on all the way of development of the maintenance of a subject. Schematically this technology represents a set of four stages of didactic process from initial perception of theoretical knowledge and before their practical application. Each stage is estimated on a mark scale. The maximum number of points which the student can get on the sum of all stages makes hundred. The peculiarity of the offered development work is that it contains the level and criteria monitoring system: in a projection to the component structure of professional competences revealed by authors (cognitive, activity, motivational and valuable, communicative) to each level (from the 1st to the 3rd) achievements of results of training there corresponds the developed parameter of estimation of structure and quality of the carried-out operations, their sensibleness, completeness and curtness. Thus, the process of step formation of professional competences of students from simple to the difficult – assumes improvement of quality of educational experience.

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.

Due to the fact that there is a decline in percentage of university students involved in physical activity and decrease in the physical education programmes’ guidelines, the role of students’ involvement in extra-school sport is highly significant. The study indicates the results of the survey conducted among the girls-students of Tomsk polytechnic university to assess levels of extra-school sport participation. The analysis of the survey data reveals that one of the factors affecting students’ participation in sport and physical activity is poor physical education competence and skills. The study highlights that the issue raised calls for a multi-level approach including developing and promoting encouraging projects that have significant benefit to health and increase physical activity, and it must be supported by a strong information and knowledge base.

Petrova Nina Gennadyevna THE PECULIARITIES OF THE CONCEPT “SOLITUDE” IN K. D. BALMONT’S POETIC DISCOURSE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 61-65

The article studies the peculiarities of the concept “solitude” on the basis of K. D. Balmont’s poetic discourse which is represented by the books of poems “Burning Buildings” (1900), “Only Love” (1903). The concept under review occupies one of the highest places in the poet’s poetic worldview. The analysis of the concept is based on the position of V. I. Karasik, who distinguishes the figurative, conceptual and value components in the structure of the concept. It is established that the concept “solitude” is mainly explicitly represented by the lexeme “one” in a poetic discourse of K. D. Balmont. Such lexical regulative units as lexical regulative chains and lexical regulative structures based on syntactic parallelism as a particular case of repetition play a very important part in the formation of the concept. It allows us to consider these types of lexical regulative units as concept-forming. It is found out that K. D. Balmont’s lyric character scarcely experiences negative emotions about his spiritual solitude (solitude-privacy). Moreover, he consciously aspires to it. It is approved that the concept “solitude” is implicitly associated with such concepts as “desert”, “soul”, “God” and “freedom”. The connection between the concept “solitude” and the concepts “God” and “desert” is traditional whereas the connection between the concept “solitude” and the concepts “freedom” and “soul” has a completely individual authorial character.

Pragmatics of speech behavior of public language personality subject to its individual and personal peculiarities in conditions of media communication is not still examined enough. According to this fact in the aspect of influence on mass audience individual and typical linguistic and extra linguistic peculiarities of media discourses of public language personalities of an actress Tatyana Dogileva and film director Vladimir Khotinenko as the members of radio show “Dithyramb” on radio “Echo of Moscow” were considered in the article. Comparative and contrastive analysis allowed to determine some important in the aspect of influence on collective addressee typical and individual gender peculiarities, psychological (temperament, character), social (dependence on status), professional and some speech peculiarities (preference on the level of language means, which reflect specificity of human mentality). For researching of media discourse influence of individual and personal factors of language personalities on mass addressee contextdependent and semantic and stylistic analysis of questions and comments before broadcasting and comments after broadcasting, and analysis of regulative means and structures have been used. Connection of pragmatics of public language personalities’ media discourse with their informational field have been revealed. It was determined that first of all the content of language personality’s message is important, though form of expression also matters. The common factors, which are important for media discourse of creative public language personality’s influence according to the research, are the following: high level of media discourse emotionality as a reflection of not only gender peculiarities, but even cognitive style, that is connected with figurative and metaphoric reality perception used for creative persons. With such variety of regulative means used by language personalities, repetition in aggregate with other means and structures dominates (comparison, parcelling, rhetorical questions, etc). Some individual and personal peculiarities of media discourse may increase influence effect and at the same time reduce it. The results are of interest for theory of speech influence, media linguistics, communicative stylistics of the text.
