Kutalmysh S.L. KAZAKH LINGUISTIC TRADITION: HISTORICAL ASPECTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 5 (202). P. 31-37

Introduction. This article deals with the theoretic issues of the Kazakh linguistics. In spite of short history of studying the Kazakh language (it began to be studied since only the second part of the 19th century), this time was enough to the Kazakh linguistic tradition to form and to develop. However, the work characterizing the main features of the formation of this tradition has not been carried out until today. The aim of the article is to describe peculiarities of formation of the Kazakh linguistic tradition. Material and methods. The work being carried out is based on the results of a theoretical analysis of the characteristics of other linguistic traditions. Since the object of study is not the language itself, but the methods of its research, structural contrastive analysis is given to the main place among other methods. Results and discussion. Conducted analysis has demonstrated that the Arabic writing system which was used for the Kazakh texts at the 19th century made some linguists to analyze some spheres of the Kazakh language (for example, its system of consonants) in terms of the Arabic linguistic tradition. However, the main part of the theory of the Kazakh linguistics is formed under the influence of the European linguistic tradition because its researchers were educated according to the last one. The principles and approaches of the European linguistic tradition were transferred to the Kazakh language, thanks to which the Kazakh linguistic tradition was able to quickly and qualitatively develop in a relatively short period of time. However, applying of the European linguistics approaches to analyzing some of the language elements has led to forming erratic concepts conflicting with the language nature. Some of the modern linguists claim that some of the existing concepts need to be reviewed according to the peculiarities of an exploring language. Conclusion. This article contains a unique analysis of the main peculiarities of the Kazakh linguistic tradition including the level of its independence, reasons of its formation, its language basis, inherent approach to exploring language, ways of understanding the standard, the way of language description, the scope of the language system exploration, the type of description and ways of phonetics, morphology and syntax descriptions. In this article, the results of research in various spheres of Kazakh linguistics are united in a single tradition. The results of the study are useful for lectures on comparative typology and Turkology.

The article deals with the issues of understanding the notions «the culture of speech» and «speech culture» of pupils, which are considered to be synonymous, however «the culture of speech» mostly reflects the state of the process, the language system, but «speech culture» shows the ability of an individual to have the command of the language, to use creatively the language potential. Kindyashova A.S., Dyakonova Y.A. THEORETICAL-METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF FORMATION OF THE LEGAL COMPETENCE OF A FUTURE TEACHER // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 118-122

The article presents an analysis of theoretical-methodological bases of formation of such components of professional competence of a teacher as a legal competence. Gives the characteristic of the content of legal competence of a teacher, based on the requirements imposed by the state and society. Considers current methods of legal training and education on their effectiveness in the formation of legal competence of future teachers. In the course of the analysis of theoretical bases of formation of legal competence and implemented educational programs for pedagogical universities, the lack of consistency, continuity and consistency in the legal preparation of future teachers has been revealed. To solve these problems, it is necessary to find the best methods and means for forming legal competence of future teachers. Formation of legal competence is contingent upon compliance with system of created pedagogical conditions of realization of legal education throughout the period of study, in training and professional, scientific, socio-cultural activities and activities during practice. Together with the system of legal training it is necessary to develop the program of legal education, which will be implemented throughout the period of study at a pedagogical University. Shestakova T.P. THE ROLE OF BRST CHARGE AS A GENERATOR OF GAUGE TRANSFORMATIONS IN QUANTIZATION OF GAUGE THEORIES AND GRAVITY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 224-227

In the Batalin-Fradkin-Vilkovisky approach to quantization of gauge theories a principal role is given to the BRST charge which can be constructed as a series in Grassmannian (ghost) variables with coefficients given by generalized structure functions of constraints algebra. Alternatively, the BRST charge can be derived making use of the Noether theorem and global BRST invariance of the effective action. In the case of Yang-Mills fields the both methods lead to the same expression for the BRST charge, but it is not valid in the case of General Relativity. It is illustrated by examples of an isotropic cosmological model as well as by spherically-symmetric gravitational model which imitates the full theory of gravity much better. The consideration is based on Hamiltonian formulation of General Relativity in extended phase space. At the quantum level the structure of the BRST charge is of great importance since BRST invariant quantum states are believed to be physical states. Thus, the definition of the BRST charge at the classical level is inseparably related to our attempts to find a true way to quantize gravity.

Sarkisova A.Y. THE ROLE OF HISTORICAL LINGUISTIC COMMENTARY IN TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 2 (179). P. 67-71

The article is devoted to the methodological problem of formation of historical linguistic competence of the foreigners studying the Russian language. The current researches on this issue are generalized. The work systematizes some main Pro and Contra factors of the inclusion, extent, methodological appropriateness of the historical linguistics lessons and tasks in the system of Russian training of foreign students. It represents the argumentation that the historical linguistic commentary is the optimal and the most effective form of teaching of the history of the Russian language for foreign audience. Some cases of its rational use are researched. In particular, one of these cases deals with the techniques of Russian words semantization. Etymological analysis is an effective method of semantization, which deals with the living connections of the word. Conscious awareness of the Russian language actualizes a conscious study of non-systemic facts of the Russian phonetics, grammar and spelling. Historical linguistic commentary for foreign audience also has great cultural potential. The internal form of the words allows understanding the Russian language consciousness and receiving objective information about Russian culture. Another actual problem is the adequate perception of authentic texts as products and representations of its era. The article results may be used in linguodidactics, methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language and the practice of teaching the Russian language to foreign students.
