| 2804 | Two tasks of innovation management require its methodological solution. Those tasks are effective selection of asymptotical target and management of generation of unexampled innovations. Methodological strategies of solving these tasks can be put as dilemma. Constructive solution of this dilemma is based at “Semiotic Attractor” conception. The concept became a synthesis of the philosophy of process, results of methodological research related to information phenomenon as a process and results of fundamental research of non-linear dynamics and semiotics. The concept expresses conditions of organization of states meeting nature of managed system's attractors. This “Semiotic Attractor” is realized as an occasion – occasion of random selection and occasion of unexampled innovation's generation. Organization of conditions leading to occurrence of similar occasions is relevant to solution of innovations management tasks. Solution was obtained on basis of four interdependent conditions: 1) innovations management is management of targets; 2) phase states of targeted situations set by semiotic means exclusively; 3) information mechanisms of self-organization require intermediary situation to be formed which should be dependent on asymptotical target; 4) verbalization of asymptotical target should represent current intermediate situation. The latter does not mean concealment of final targets but meet requirement for future should be open for the future innovations. Selection of final target is a choice between aspirations of altruism, perfectionism, hedonism or utilitarianism. | 2805 | The article deals with the concept Friend and the ways of its actualization in the language usage of the youth in English. It characterizes the youth as a special social and age group. The language usage of the youth is chosen in the article because of its dynamic development that meets the requirements of modern society. The results of the definition analysis of the lexeme “bro” and its derivatives as a part of concept Friend are given. The article presents formal and informal definitions of “bro”, which show two main connotations of the word: “blood relationships” and “kinship of souls” regardless of gender. It defines seven semantic fields with the “bro” root words which characterize the concept Friend in the English language. The fields are: friendship with no boundaries, close nonsexual relations between men, assistance, having fun, love, male friendship through the prism of attitude to women, friendship as hobby. The article describes each of the fields with details and states the increasing nominative ability of the lexeme “bro”. The concept Friend is becoming more pragmatic because of new nominations and semantic fields: friend is a person to spend free time with (bromam, to bro out, brover), even to make love to (friend-a-fit, broabe) or to interact with to gain more popularity (frien, frienaddict). However, modern language usage of the youth saves the “real friend” nominations: bromance, brover, bromandawg, frienbling, bro-action. | 2806 | Introduction. The paper explores the articles in the German mass-media describing the events of World War II. Material and methods. The articles published in the German newspapers Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Welt and the Russian translation of these articles from the site ИноСМИ.ru serve as the material for the analysis. The following methods were used: content-analysis as a kind of content and semantic direction, linguistic and stylistic method in two of its variations – lexical and stylistic and lexical and semantic analysis, linguistic and pragmatic and cognitive and discursive methods. Results and discussion. Confabulated character of the articles which aim to revise the history is represented through the concepts DECEPTION and PROPAGANDA. The damaging character of the revisionist materials is intensified through the usage of the negative tactic of accusation which in the intercultural political area may not be explicitly depicted on the lexical level but be rendered from the stylistics and rhetoric of this or that genre. The destructive character of the publications is determined by the conceptual opposition of the political discourse ‘friendfoe’ and is manifested in the discussion of the events not only belonging to the past but inherent to the modern geopolitical situation. In the materials of this kind all features of the fake (deepfake) message are present which let us interpret them as functioning in the framework of the post-truth phenomenon. Conclusion. One of the most powerful weapons of the information and psychological warfare are the attempts to “deconfabulate” the history. The repertoire of information and psychological warfare’s means embraces the past events and the modern geopolitical situation. The media-discourse in general and mass-media particularly is a great instrument of forming a public opinion and transmitting these or those axiological priorities. In the context of modern information confrontation it is important to prevent the situation when the journalism of facts is substituted by the journalism of opinions. In this respect the analysis of the revisionist publications plays a great role in terms of studying the linguistic and extra-linguistic mechanisms of discrediting the past. Keywords: World War II, information and psychological warfare, revisionism, German mass-media, mediadiscourse | 1969 | |||||

| 2808 | The problem of correlation between professional development and maturity of a specialist is, first of all, the problem of the objectives and priorities of education to give knowledge or develop a personality (a system of values, mental and moral characteristics) who acquires knowledge. In the first case the process easily regulated and controlled, in the second case improvisation, creativity and unpredictability of results is prevailed. Professionalism doesn’t contradict with the intellectual development of a specialist but it doesn’t equal to it as well. Professionalism and spirituality lie in the context of a human integrity. Today, along with the dominating practical orientation of education towards specialist training and increasing of profitability of resources invested in their training, the acmeological (eco-psychological) approach to education in the ‘and-and’ context rather than ‘or-or’ when professional training is regarded as the process of personal education who develops the ability to act in the chosen direction and who acquires knowledge that a man considers necessary for him. While acquiring ontological sense, education becomes the existence category. And ‘knowledge-skills’ learning from the goal of education is only a means of developing abilities. Such understanding of the problem allows re-comprehend. | 1968 | |||||
