| 3052 | Despite the disposition of the theater of the absurd for linguistic minimalism, the plays of the British theater of the absurd possess a great phonographic potential due to the generic features of the dramatic text. The article explains the paradoxical ability of the dramatic text to transfer performer’s phonostylistic means through the author’s remarks, special syntactic constructions and graphic tools. The identified phonostylistic and graphic means in the absurdist plays by Samuel Beckett, Harold Pinter and Tom Stoppard do not only help to convey the authors’ ideas, but also conform to the philosophy of the absurd. The most represented means is the instrumentation based on different sound repetitions (alliteration, consonance, rhyme) with the use of sound symbolism. The phonographic analysis of the texts also revealed some cases of onomatopoeia and paronomasia. Rhythm has a special stylistic meaning in the drama. It is inherent in both theatrical actions and speech, which is reflected in the dramatic text. The article considers the ways of creating a specific slow, monotonous rhythm peculiar to the theater of the absurd with its idea of cyclical existence. The described examples confirm the stylistic markedness of the plays of the theater of the absurd which can be an object of further research in linguistics and stylistics. | 3053 | The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the high level of speech activity ensures the establishment of positive interpersonal relationships of preschoolers with peers and the child’s occupation of a certain status position in the children’s collective. The author raises the question of comparative characteristics of speech activity of preschool children with different sociometric statuses. The article describes the criteria, indicators and levels of speech activity of preschool children, which are used in the organization of observations of children of different sociometric statuses in free play and organized joint activities. In particular, such criteria of speech activity as initiative, type of speech communication, speech motivation, content and emotional expressiveness are highlighted. The results of the experiment, for example, revealed a high level of speech activity in children with the status of “stars”, the middle and low level of speech. The detailed description of levels and characteristics of speech activity of preschool children with different sociometric statuses is given. Statistics of comparison of criteria, levels of speech activity of children with different sociometric statuses and explanation of such differences are presented. Thus, the study revealed differences between children with the status of “stars” and “isolated” according to the criteria of speech initiative, motivation and types of speech communication. | 3054 | Speech as a multidimensional phenomenon still remains relevant in linguistics studies. It is known that verbal communication evolved later than non-verbal one, however, a multimodal approach to language communication modeling based on spontaneous dialogues is only gaining momentum in Russian linguistics studies. The aim of the article is to provide data on principles of verbal and non-verbal correlation at times of difficulty during the development of spoken discourse between two speakers, as well as to systematize them in the most frequent multimodal patterns. The material of the article is 16 video clips of spontaneous dialogues of Russian native speakers, the total timing is 1.5 hours. The annotated video materials are students’ spontaneous dialogic discourse. The topics of dialogues can be divided into two groups – communication between friends/colleagues and communication between the client and service staff. Each video clip is annotated in ELAN v.6.2. The presented results are based on general linguistic methods of description and comparison, as well as a method of analyzing a cognitive event. Analyzing cognitive events and providing statistics on the subject, we describe the main multimodal patterns, which have been classified by the frequent nature of some speech disfluencies and non-verbal response to them. Our study is based on the gestural repetition concept. As a result, the most common speech disfluencies have been identified and divided into five large blocks. Each of the blocks is accompanied by the main multimodal patterns, implemented in different channels – manual channel, gaze channel and cephalic channel. The number of speech disfluencies recorded at the external level directly depends on the topic and not always on the level of competence of the speakers, since all dialogues are improvised by students who only have presuppositions regarding the deployment of discourse depending on the given role. Speech disfluencies and the principles of their compensation in different multimodal channels depend on both internal (cognitive) and external factors (overlapping and interruptions), which represent an interpenetrating indivisible system. It was established, that low temperatures didn't exert serious influence on the morphological, taxonomical structure and abundance levels of the fungal complexes. The temperatures stimulated the development of Basidiomycetes and dark-coloured mycelium. Among the bacterial hydrolytic complex, Bacillus were the most adapted to the low-temperature conditions. In the bog peatland, fungi were shaped as mycelium, and spore-forming bacteria were shaped as vegetative cells, that's why they occurred to be in an active state. | 3070 | In the XXI century sport begins to return the position which it lost at the end of the last century. The Olympic Games-2014 in Sochi, the introduction of GTO (Ready for Labor and Defense ) standards (especially for schoolchildren and students) and the additional points for admission to universities for the delivery of these norms, various sporting events of the regional level – all these things make an impact on the formation of the positive sport’s image among the modern youth. In accordance with this indicator, we have established the percentage of students of higher and secondary education who are engaged in physical culture and sports. We used the technique of the linguistic and cognitive modeling of the concept’s maintenance. We developed the reference points of the sport’s image model on the basis of results of an associative experiment. From the positions of cognitive linguistics it is possible to offer the following definition of the sport’s image: sport’s image is a mental construct formed by means of information influence for the purpose of fixing in the picture of the world of the addressee of a steady set of representations and associations connected with sport. The results of the experiment allow to draw a conclusion that in language consciousness of the native speakers the concept has more values, than it is described in the dictionaries. The results of the associative experiment and the poll allow us to offer the following reference points for modeling of the sport’s image. 1. It is necessary to use the words connected with the concept for the concept’s verbalization in the different types of the propaganda materials designed for young people. 2. It is worth thinking of development of the parallel advertizing campaigns designed for different target audiences taking into account gender aspect. 3. Such way of formation of the image as involvement in this activity of the famous athletes, in this case seems to us demanding a further research. | 3071 | The heterogeneity of the category of possessiveness conditioned the emergence of different points of view on its structure. There is a vision of the category of possessiveness as a binary opposition. According to the semantics of the name of the possessor, his person, animacy, the degree of his concreteness or abstractness, and the semantics of the object of possession, many linguists distinguish such oppositions as alienable/unalienable appurtenance, internal/external possession, temporary/permanent possessiveness, absolute/relative appurtenance, actual/virtual possession, legal/somatic appurtenance. In the context of the gradual opposition possessive relations can be represented in the form of absolute/relative appurtenance, inalienable appurtenance, relatively inalienable possession, occasionally inalienable and properly alienable appurtenance. According to another interpretation, the object can be inalienable, semi-alienable and alienable. Onomasiological approach proponents describe the possessiveness using as a basis the extra linguistic reality: they describe eventual types of possessors, potential types of objects of possession, try to anticipate their potential relationship. Semasiological approach supporters take as a basis specific language and speech facts – various possessive constructions. They analyze the influence of the form of possessive constructions (presence/absence of noun determiners, verbs) on its semantics. | 3073 | Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for further development of the issues of structuring a conversational speech work from the standpoint of text linguistics, the problems of which are concentrated around the study of the rules of cohesion (connectivity) of components in the structural organization of texts. The novelty of the research lies in the substantiation of the selection of such a unit of coherent dialogical text (we are talking about the artistic sphere of communication) as a “fragment of dialogue”. Material and methods. The material of the study is the play by G. Pinter “Last to Go” – a sample of a small dramatic form. Dialogue is analyzed in the aspect of the segment of the dialog fragments in accordance with the selected criteria. The methodological base is a set of research methods: a scientific description, textual, contextual analysis. Results and discussion. It is proved that a fragment of a dialogue as a unit of coherent dialogical speech is suprasegment in relation to the previously identified traditional dialogical units (utterance, dialogic unity). As criteria for its identification, structural-semantic and communicative-functional grounds are formulated, which allow the author’s meta-comments (author’s remarks), meaningfully correlated with the topic of speech, to be included in the boundaries of the selected dialogical unit. An utterance, a dialogical unity and a fragment of a dialogue constitute a three-level system of dialogical discourse from subsegment (utterance), segment (dialogical unity) to supra-segment (dialogue fragment). The utterance, the dialogic unity and the dialog fragment are both a construction and communicative unit of discourse. In the latter case, certain structural components can be distinguished in a fragment of the dialogue. Based on the features of the dialogue in literary works, the fragments of the dialogue in literary works include the preface, a structural combination of speeches of characters in the literary discourse and remark, commenting on the characteristics of the characters’ speech activity, and the end of communicative actions. Conclusion. Putting forward the concept of “fragment of dialogue” expands the scope of research of dialogical text and forms a theoretical basis for defining units of dialogue discourse from a communicative perspective. | 3074 | Introduction. The difference between higher education and school education, which consists in a different content and conditions of the organization of the educational process, in the emergence of new social relations, often becomes the reason that the first-year student is not ready for the new conditions of study at the university. Along with psychological and physiological adaptation, researchers single out the academic (educational) adaptation of students, which can cause poor academic performance in various university disciplines. At the same time, we note that the initial (basic) training of students is practically not taken into account at the beginning of their studies at the university: the university program is not designed for very weak students. As a result, first-year students “adapt” to the peculiarities of educational activities (to new content, methods and means), but students also influence the educational environment of the university: the teacher has to look for new methodological approaches and more advanced teaching methods. As a result, adaptive training has emerged in universities, which is designed to eliminate the main reason for the poor academic performance of students due to the low initial preparation of the applicant. Successful integration into the core curriculum and successful mastery of the curriculum of the university discipline in the future is the main criterion for the effectiveness of adaptive learning. The purpose of the article is to identify and describe the nature of the phenomenon of “adaptation learning”, to eliminate ambiguity of this term, and to present its proper scientifically grounded definition. The materials and methods of the study are the method of content analysis of definitions, analysis and comparison, classification, formal-logical method of concept definition. Results and discussion. A brief description of the development of the didactic approach to the concept of “adaptation” is presented. An analysis of the definitions of adaptation education available in the literature (adaptation training, adaptation workshop, adaptation course, adaptation work) and concepts related, but not identical to it (corrective training, corrective course, alignment course) are made. The conducted content analysis revealed the diversity of researchers’ approaches to the issue and emphasizes the uncertainty and inconsistency. In this regard, the need for a definition that will adequately reflect the essential characteristics of the issue has been identified. The result of formal-logical definition: adaptation learning is the training of specialists having initially different level of competence formation (from zero to low), in order to achieve in a certain period of time the required basic level (minimum necessary) for further training. Thus, basically, it can be concluded that the study contributes to the development of the phenomenon. The identification of differentiating features made it possible to separate the concept of “adaptation learning” from similar concepts. The constructed definition can become the basis for determining the content and developing programs of adaptation courses in different disciplines studied in universities. | 3082 | The article concerns one of the most difficult periods in the history of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century, when, after the adoption of the decree of April 17, 1905 it was possible a transition from Orthodoxy to other Christian denomination, which significantly affected the activity of the ROC. Since no major articles have been abolished, “the Penal Code” (1845), based on which the persons who spoke with an appeal of the transition from Orthodoxy to another religion, could be brought to justice, the clergy of the church acted to limit the activities of the activists of the new religious movement. Thanks to the emerged in the Russian legislation contradictions there were possible cases of collision of the Orthodox population with the latter-day religious denominations, followed by involvement in the conflict the civil authorities, who traditionally sided with the ROC. | 3086 | Introduction. Modern interdisciplinary research proves the deep psychological motivation of a significant place of animated films in modern culture, and the noticeable displacement of book culture by visual images. Children from an early age begin to watch cartoons, which have a significant influence on the formation of their perception of the world, their vocabulary and thesaurus. They are among the precedent texts presented in the thesaurus of the modern linguistic personality. Aim and objectives. The aim of the research is to reveal the nominations of cartoon characters as a part of the intertextual thesaurus of the linguistic personality. Material and methods. The study of precedent phenomena associated with cartoons, suggests an address to a variety of texts with reproducibility of these language units, to results of associative experiments and to dictionaries. The main material of the article is the data of six associative dictionaries, which represent fragments of the verbal memory reflected in the consciousness of the “average” native speaker. In their totality, they allow to reconstruct a fragment of intertextual thesaurus of the Russian linguistic personality in its dynamics. The contextual analysis enables to confirm the place of precedent phenomena related to cartoons in the associative thesaurus of personality. Results and discussion. The analysis of associative dictionaries shows that the names of cartoon characters for children are not only a significant part of the child’s thesaurus, but also remain relevant in the adult thesaurus, and cartoons, based on literary, in the thesaurus of the modern linguistic personality are more important than the books themselves. The fact that cartoon characters are part of the intertextual thesaurus, which is widely used in speech, is evidenced by numerous examples from the National corpus of the Russian language and works of modern fiction. Conclusion. The data of associative experiments and numerous cases of reference to cartoons as sources of intertextual inclusions convince that the works of this genre of cinema remain in the memory of the linguistic personality for a long time. They give evidence for the fixedness of the names of the characters from the cartoons in the associative-verbal network. | 3098 | The article presents the analysis of recent data on the global distribution of thunderstorm activity obtained from satellites and ground-based lightning detection systems, as well as the World’s Meteorological stations network. Gravity anomalies are considered as additional reasons for the spatial distribution of thunderstorm activity over the Globe. Analyzes maps of lightning discharges density, and maps of Earth’s gravity field anomalies obtained by NASA satellites. It is shown that the vast global centers of thunderstorm activity in central Africa and South America are associated with areas of slight negative gravity anomalies. An exception is the world thunderstorm outbreak in the region of Indonesia and the Philippines, which is located above the intense positive gravity anomaly. Regional analysis in Central Europe showed the presence of thunderstorm cells over the negative gravity anomalies. | 3099 | The article deals with the semantic features of onomatopoeic words in German and Tatar languages in comparative terms. The aim of the research was to identify the similarities, differences and features in the words under analysis. In each language there are certain features in the perception of sounds. In both languages there are not only onomatopoeia but also the onomatopoeic nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, which are an onomatopoetic vocabulary of each language. It is a universal vocabulary that has much in common even in unrelated languages. Separately is analyzed a group of onomatopoeic nouns, which represent the names of insects, birds and animals in both languages and the principles of their nomination in the Tatar language. In German, these words are non-productive while in Tatar it is the result of word-formation processes. The classification of verbs of sound according to their denotative content takes into account the peculiarities of both languages. Many onomatopoeic verbs are multivalued and can be assigned to several groups at once. Functional possibilities of onomatopoetic lexicon of both languages are considered as well – children’s language, proverbs and set phrases – characteristic of all languages and most vividly reflecting the national identity of the language. Knowledge of these functions is necessary to exclude communicative failures. | 3100 | The article deals with the problem of updating the traditional approach to image analysis in the literature lesson through the use of modern research in the field of philosophy and psychology. The reader’s practice is proposed, where a semiotic approach is implemented, which allows to identify the transformation of the reference image in the text of a writer of the second half of the twentieth century due to the “reverse translation” (A. Mikhailov), that is, the comparison of the reference image with the antique and classical interpretation. The main mechanism connecting the reference image with the archetype is the figurative transfer. The very phenomenon of transference presupposes the existence of a previous and subsequent situation, as well as the establishment of a relationship between them. This practice allows students not only to master the specifics of the figurative system of a particular work, but also to identify the author’s worldview that affects the poetics of the text. The development of the poetics of V. Petsuh’s “Prometheuschina” story takes place with the help of a consistent and multi-aspect reading (L. V. Shamrey), which displays different elements of the architectonics of the work, which allows the young reader to build a system of connections between the individual parts of the artistic whole. The inductive method of understanding the meaning focuses the attention of students on the non-linear type connections (repetitions, parallelisms) that arise when analyzing the central image of a story. With such an analysis, it becomes possible to identify semantic overlaps in various parts of the text and meaningful “nodes” that are significant for the interpretation of the work. Appeal to the historical and literary context (N. V. Gogol “Inspector”) makes students pay attention to the national peculiarity of the Russian mentality and adequately interpret the meaning of the actions of a literary hero, his attitude to people and to life. The final “convolution” of information about the text of V. Petsuh occurs in the interpretational activity of schoolchildren compared to the new image (N. V. Maslova) with other interpretations in modern art, which contributes to fixing the ideological changes that have occurred in the minds of a whole generation. Readership practice, combining the relationship of the figurative and logical in presentation of the material and technological effectiveness of the educational process, provides students with a certain degree of freedom of philosophizing in the classroom, and the teacher is guaranteed simplicity and effectiveness of use.
