Rossinskaya A.N., Bulanov M.V., Asonova E.A. Pedagogical evaluation or urban resources. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 2 (226). P. 33-42

The problem of educators’ evaluation of urban sites in order to select them and include in the educational process in accordance with current pedagogical objectives has become very important. For this purpose, teachers and educational authorities need to make organizational and teaching decisions, depending on the characteristics of urban objects under consideration. The focus of the study is to develop and describe a pedagogical assessment tool to evaluate urban facilities, which will help in making informed decisions. The aim of the study is to develop a convenient tool for educators to assess the urban environment in terms of opportunities and ways of using its various elements in the teaching process. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to identify evaluation criteria, describe them, define indicators for each criterion, and verify whether the proposed tool meets the needs of educators. To conduct the study, the methods of questioning, interviewing, analysis, modeling and verifying results of the study were used. As a result of the analysis of available scales of assessment of the educational environment, questioning and interviewing teachers, and modeling, the authors developed three criteria for pedagogical evaluation of urban facilities. These include safety, accessibility, and educational potential. Each criterion is characterized by several indicators. It is proposed to evaluate physical, psychological and informational safety, organizational, communicative, psychological and pedagogical, normative, physical, temporal, material accessibility, as well as educational value, adequacy of the object to pedagogical goals, uniqueness and effectiveness. The developed assessment tool was tested in the pedagogical community of Moscow in the form of practical works on the assessment of urban facilities and their subsequent discussion. The data was received the practical applicability of the pedagogical assessment tool of urban objects by teachers of primary and secondary schools for the selection of urban environment objects in order to include them in the educational process and to expand the range of urban resources used in the educational process.

Kirsanov I.O. M.M. Bakhtin's Literary Predecessors (To Statement of a Problem). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 1 (33). P. 59-63

The article considers the problem of sources of philo¬sophical and aesthetic idea of M.M. Bakhtin. From the point of view of the author, Bakhtin cannot be implanted in one of the philosophical paradigms developing in the beginning of the XXth century. Based on this postulate, the author tries to show that preconditions of Bakhtin's philo¬sophical aesthetics were developed in works of Russian writers of the XIXth - the beginning of the XXth6 centuries.

Ivankina L.I. Professionalism and Maturity Correlation of a Specialist. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 2 (39). P. 77-81

The problem of correlation between professional development and maturity of a specialist is, first of all, the problem of the objectives and priorities of education to give knowledge or develop a personality (a system of values, mental and moral characteristics) who acquires knowledge. In the first case the process easily regulated and controlled, in the second case improvisation, creativity and unpredictability of results is prevailed. Professionalism doesn’t contradict with the intellectual development of a specialist but it doesn’t equal to it as well. Professionalism and spirituality lie in the context of a human integrity. Today, along with the dominating practical orientation of education towards specialist training and increasing of profitability of resources invested in their training, the acmeological (eco-psychological) approach to education in the ‘and-and’ context rather than ‘or-or’ when professional training is regarded as the process of personal education who develops the ability to act in the chosen direction and who acquires knowledge that a man considers necessary for him. While acquiring ontological sense, education becomes the existence category. And ‘knowledge-skills’ learning from the goal of education is only a means of developing abilities. Such understanding of the problem allows re-comprehend.

The main methodological question is the extent to which it is expedient to use the achievements of foreign experience in educational theory and practice in another country. Comparative study makes it possible to pass from descriptions to the answer of more fundamental questions: to explanation and development of reasons. The basic methods are the comparative-confront method, the historical-typological comparison and the historical-genetic comparison. It is important to combine these methods to achieve an objective result. Comparative study leads to a profound understanding of the socio-cultural basis of the society (through the problems of education)

Melik-Gaykazyan I.V., Melik-Gaykazyan M.V. “SEMIOTIC ATTRACTOR”: CONCEPT FOR SOLVING DILEMMA OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 147-153

Two tasks of innovation management require its methodological solution. Those tasks are effective selection of asymptotical target and management of generation of unexampled innovations. Methodological strategies of solving these tasks can be put as dilemma. Constructive solution of this dilemma is based at “Semiotic Attractor” conception. The concept became a synthesis of the philosophy of process, results of methodological research related to information phenomenon as a process and results of fundamental research of non-linear dynamics and semiotics. The concept expresses conditions of organization of states meeting nature of managed system's attractors. This “Semiotic Attractor” is realized as an occasion – occasion of random selection and occasion of unexampled innovation's generation. Organization of conditions leading to occurrence of similar occasions is relevant to solution of innovations management tasks. Solution was obtained on basis of four interdependent conditions: 1) innovations management is management of targets; 2) phase states of targeted situations set by semiotic means exclusively; 3) information mechanisms of self-organization require intermediary situation to be formed which should be dependent on asymptotical target; 4) verbalization of asymptotical target should represent current intermediate situation. The latter does not mean concealment of final targets but meet requirement for future should be open for the future innovations. Selection of final target is a choice between aspirations of altruism, perfectionism, hedonism or utilitarianism.

Lukinykh A.A., Baranova I.V. NATIONAL PRECEDENTIAL PHENOMENA OF RUSSIAN CULTURE AND WAYS OF THEIR TRANSLATION ON THE MATERIAL OF PUBLIC SPEECHES OF THE RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 3 (215). P. 110-118

Introduction. The study of precedential phenomena is extremely important for modern linguistics. They can be explored in different spheres and aspects, which depends on the aims of research. This article deals with precedential phenomena in political discourse. Aim and objectives. The aim is a comparative research of national precedential phenomena which function in Russian political discourse and of their translation into the English language. The objectives of this paper are to define methodology of the research, to select the necessary language material and to find the ways of translation of precedential phenomena taken from Russian culture into English. Material and methods. The methodology of the research is based on the cognitive linguistics theory. The methods are cognitive modelling, discourse analysis, comparative analysis. The selection of the material was carried out with the solid sampling method. To analyze and systematize the material a method of description was used. The material for the study were sampled out from the official website of the Russian president Vladimir Putin. Results and discussion. The results of the research showed that political discourse is a very productive sphere for the creation of national precedential phenomena. As a rule, precedential phenomena in political discourse are very specific. Their source can be found either in the sphere of politics or historic events of the nation. Precedential phenomena in political discourse usually have a short life span. There types are precedential texts, names and expressions. While translating national precedential phenomena, interpreters prefer to use concrete definition, equivalents or analogues of phraseological units. Sometimes precedential phenomena are lost in translation. Conclusion. So national precedential phenomena represent an important characteristic of political discourse. They serve as a link between the author and the recipient, make the speech more vivid and emotional and influence the audience in a specific way. But their national peculiarities often impede the translation process. Anyway some knowledge of cultural sources is necessary for correct interpretation and understanding of precedential phenomena.

Shepetovskiy D.V. SYSTEM OF PERSONAGES IN NINA BERBEROVA’S THE ACCOMPANIST. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 196-203

The paper analyzes the system of personages in the first and the most widely known novella of Nina Berberova, as it reflects her idea on a multitude of ways of life building in emigration. The author holds, that the system of personages in the novella is based upon the principle of binary oppositions, namely, creative – uncreative, adapted – misfit, comprehensive – incomprehensive person. The attitude towards creative side determines the choice of the route of life on behalf of a personage. However, Symbolist concept of life as a work of art is reconsidered by Berberova in accordance with her idea of self-determination of Russian émigrés, and so adaptability to changing conditions of life is also held by Berberova in high esteem, in contrast to the common notion of beggar artists. The personages embody different strategies applied to survive their situation in emigration. Giving precedence to the ways of creative persons (Travina and Ber), Berberova gives her critical account of other survival strategies. Cooperation with the Communist regime is shown as materially advantageous, but amoral (Senya); keeping everything as it was in Old Russia is shown as a dead-end (Pavel Fyodorovich, guests of the Travin’s house in Paris). The path of Sonya the Accompanist, devoid of creativity and human understanding, lacking self-determination, full of hatred and envy, is shown as self-destructive.

The paper represents critical notes concerning the paper of K.Y. Reshetnikov and G.S. Starostin «The Structure of Ket Verbal Word-form» in the book «Ket Collection. Linguistics». M., 1995, in which the authors try to build the structure of the Ket verb according to the types of conjugation. Analysing the materials of A. P. Dulson in his book «The Ket Language», Tomsk, 1968, T.A. Kabanova proves the impossibility to interprete the morphemes of the Ket verb unambiguous'v because all of them are polysemantic. The author confirms that by numerous examples. T.A. Kabanova adduces the models proposed by the authors above and analyses them, on the bases of the data represented in the book of A.Р. Dulson. The article reviews the empirical studies of the process of socialization of young children (from birth to three years) under the conditions of inclusive group. Presents the results of the correction of psycho-pedagogical work with normally developing children and children with disabilities in co-education and development. Shows features of programs of psychological support in combination parent-child groups of early development, based on the purposeful formation of a situational-business communication of normative children and children with disabilities with adults, as well as on the gradual inclusion of the child in joint activities with their peers. It was found that the social development of young children with disabilities most successfully runs in group inclusion. The results of the empirical research suggests that the social development of children with disabilities is clearly inferior to normally developing children. Interviews with parents, undertaken at the final stage of study to assess the extent to which their expectations of work groups inclusive and to what extent they are satisfied with its results, show that the condition of these groups have contributed to positive change in view of parents as to the purpose and methods of psychological support and social opportunities for the child at an early age.
