The fluorescen properties of polyethylene photoluminescent films connected with injecting to their composition of photoluminophor on the basis of linkings of europium in excitation of UV by radiation of the sun are investigated. For the first time experimental measurement of rates of fluorescent radiation of a photoluminescent film at its exploitation in natural conditions are carried out. The maximum values of fluorescence intensity of films in investigated conditions make near to 8 mW/m2, average day from 0.5 to 2 mW/m2. For the first time the received results have allowed to make a quantitative estimation of fluorescent radiation intensity of photoluminescent films at effective cultivation under them plants in natural conditions. Reproducing of such indices can allow transferring effect studying to controllable laboratory conditions.

Translation is not only a speech act but also an act of cross-cultural communication. Translation is determined by the system and norm at least of two languages and two cultures. The conflict between the cultures in translation is overcome by making the strategy based on principles and rules, background knowledge, skills and habits. Thus, the author’s main attention has been focussed on working out in greater detail the system of skills. The study of the digital educational environment is an urgent issue of digital pedagogy, since the effective functioning of the university educational environment ensures the quality of training specialists for the digital economy. The digital educational environment provides an opportunity to organize the work of the university with the help of digital technologies in all areas of its activities from administrative to educational, scientific and educational activities. The purpose of the article is to analyse the component composition and functions of the digital educational environment based on the study of the works of Russian researchers and to describe the model of the digital educational environment proposed by the author of the article. To achieve this goal, theoretical methods were applied, such as the study and analysis of national scientific literature; Internet resources were also analysed. The analysis of the authors points of view on the component composition and functions of the digital educational environment shows that in Russian pedagogical practice the digital educational environment is defined as a resource platform with a variety of content used for educational and managerial purposes, without taking into account the necessity for systematic interaction of participants in the educational process and network communication of students, as well as educational tasks of the environment. The result of the study is a structural representation of the digital educational environment model with a new educational component, which implements, first of all, the organization of interaction of students in society, offers students participation in various student organizations, creative teams, sport clubs, volunteer and patriotic actions. The proposed model of the digital educational environment, taking into account the basic needs of the university and students in the conditions of digital transformation of education, is able to implement the construction of an individual system of education and upbringing; research activities and the realization of personality in a digital society, taking into account the trends of digital transformation of education.The proposed model of the digital educational environment is represented by four structural components and their functions: academic, educational, scientific and administrative-managerial.

We propose a method for integrating the right-invariant geodesic flows on Lie groups based on the use of a special canonical transformation in the cotangent bundle of group. We also describe an original method of constructing exact solutions for the Klein-Gordon equation on unimodular Lie groups. Finally, we formulate a theorem which establishes a connection between the special canonical transformation and irreducible representations of Lie group. This connection allows us to consider the proposed methods of integrating for classical and quantum equations in the framework of a unified approach.

The goal of research presented in the article is to follow the dynamics of change in the perceptions of business ethics among different generations of Russians. The respondents were 134 participants: representatives of older generations (45–79 years) and youth of Russia (19–25 years). As the primary research method is used survey method consisting in filling specially prepared questionnaire, in which is used the method of “Ethics of business interaction”. The work applied factor analysis by the principal component method, as a result of which we obtained 5 factors: “The focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on head”, “The demonstration of personal characteristics in the process”, “Focus on the long-term future”. It's also found that between groups of young and adult respondents are significant differences in the factors “Focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on the head”.

Grammar is a separate subject at linguistic departments and faculties in Russia, which is in line with the existing system of teaching aspects of language to students of Linguistics. However, lessons of practical grammar at linguistic departments can and must facilitate the development of discourse competence as an integral part of communicative competence. The use of non-finite forms of the English verb (verbals) which is usually found in the 2nd year syllabus is often discourse-bound. The basic pre-requisite for teaching non-finite forms of the verb is that students should be disposed to different discourse types, given models of texts with the grammatical structures in question and taught to create their own texts using discourse markers and features of text organisation. The article describes techniques of practicing non-finite forms of the verb (verbals) in English aimed at strengthening discourse skills in university students and exposing them to different discourse types.

The article shows the results of researching the peculiarity of the praise motivation in the structure of suspected, accused and convicted people personality sentenced in -settlement type colony. The author concludes that among offenders the dominative motive is fear to be rejected. This motive becomes apparent in the fear to be non-accepted by respectful people.
