In anglophone historiography the modernization in prepetrine Muscovy is considered as the result of the military reforms and the external influences. The sources of such effects were located in the West as well as in the East. The “military revolution” has been recognized as an important aspect of the historical transformation of the state and society. It has identified the development of the fiscal-military state. Whereas the process of the new military technologies translation went out from Europe, the Ottoman Empire and the Golden Horde passed out the autocratic political model “of the Service State” and the concept of the fiscal policy. In the estimates of foreign authors pre-Petrine military reforms were effective enough, but they have increased social and cultural gap between Europe and Russia.

Yakovleva E.V. HYPOTHESIS AND ITS ROLE IN THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ THINKING. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 9 (174). P. 120-127

Hypothesis is one of the most important forms of science development. At the present time the role of the hypothesis increases with the increase of theoretical knowledge and the initiation of young generation to scientific cognition methods at the University. Unfortunately, we can rarely come across the correct use of hypotheses in the educational process; its great importance in the development of students’ cognitive abilities and formation of their thinking is not always taken into account. The reason is that teachers often focus on educational issues, but overlooked the fact that problem solving proceeds by putting forward evidence and hypotheses. The article describes the logical nature of the hypothesis; determines the ways of its application in cognitive activity of students. It is emphasized, that on the one hand, the hypothesis is referred to logical forms of thinking, on the other hand – to the process of nomination, development and proof of new propositions and inferences itself. Meanwhile, the hypotheses can be performed on the basis of observations and experiments; by deductive reasoning deducing new knowledge from already known theories, and by deductive transfer of already known laws to new phenomena. Available ways of hypothesis applying to the students’ cognitive activity based on the years of experience are proposed in the article.

Rossinskaya A.N., Bulanov M.V., Asonova E.A. Pedagogical evaluation or urban resources. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 2 (226). P. 33-42

The problem of educators’ evaluation of urban sites in order to select them and include in the educational process in accordance with current pedagogical objectives has become very important. For this purpose, teachers and educational authorities need to make organizational and teaching decisions, depending on the characteristics of urban objects under consideration. The focus of the study is to develop and describe a pedagogical assessment tool to evaluate urban facilities, which will help in making informed decisions. The aim of the study is to develop a convenient tool for educators to assess the urban environment in terms of opportunities and ways of using its various elements in the teaching process. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to identify evaluation criteria, describe them, define indicators for each criterion, and verify whether the proposed tool meets the needs of educators. To conduct the study, the methods of questioning, interviewing, analysis, modeling and verifying results of the study were used. As a result of the analysis of available scales of assessment of the educational environment, questioning and interviewing teachers, and modeling, the authors developed three criteria for pedagogical evaluation of urban facilities. These include safety, accessibility, and educational potential. Each criterion is characterized by several indicators. It is proposed to evaluate physical, psychological and informational safety, organizational, communicative, psychological and pedagogical, normative, physical, temporal, material accessibility, as well as educational value, adequacy of the object to pedagogical goals, uniqueness and effectiveness. The developed assessment tool was tested in the pedagogical community of Moscow in the form of practical works on the assessment of urban facilities and their subsequent discussion. The data was received the practical applicability of the pedagogical assessment tool of urban objects by teachers of primary and secondary schools for the selection of urban environment objects in order to include them in the educational process and to expand the range of urban resources used in the educational process.

Their cultural potential is one of the means of cultural presentation since they reflect all the actual trends in the sphere of labor. These trends are caused by a number of factors, such as globalization, demographic problems, and the increasing unemployment. Peat deposit of marsh ecosystem «Tagan» is characterized by presence of mani groups of soil microorganisms, which are able to convert different peat compounds. In upper lay of native soil of ecosystem ammonificative microorganisms with domination nonsporiferous forms are the most abundant, and in bottom lay organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen are plentiful (that is coordinated with distribution N-NH3 on deep is deposits). Nitrifiers and cellulosedestroyers developing in nutrient medium are less active. Content of microorganisms in native soil is constant. Cultivation of permanent grasses during 18-20 years stimulated development of microflora on deep of relict peat. Content of all groups microorganisms including organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen, bacillus, actinomycete, denitrifiers, nitrifiers was essentially increased. Increase in the number of these (and others) microorganisms can point out probability of destruction amplification of organic matter in recultivated part of soil

The use of knowledge-based algorithms is one of the most relevant directions. Often these algorithms are referred to as intelligent. It is accepted to distinguish four main classes of such models: logical, productional, frame-based, and network. As we know, the use of any given models is driven by the tasks in hand. From this perspective, logical models have gained momentum. In particular, these models are often used in the creation of expert systems and the automation of proofs of theorems. This article discusses how to implement the validation algorithm for multiple disjuncts. An automatic grammar is used to describe the language of presenting the disjuncts, a resolution method to check their inconsistencies, and a depthfirst search to automate the OL-denial strategy. This algorithm can be used to automatically check provability or indefeasibility of theorems based on many axioms. The step-by-step detalization of this algorithm can be used as an additional tool for teaching the resolution method and searching the state space as well as the basics of the formal languages. The type of going around state space depends on the order of the points in the list OPEN. When searching in the first point’s depth to open it you select the point that is most remote from the intentional one. In this case, you can simplify the implementation of this method by applying a recursive subprogram.
