A method of analysis of linear noisy microwave circuits with arbitrary topology is proposed based on introduced topological scattering matrix. It allows the solution of two types of problems on the common basis: 1) analysis of networks consisting of multiport components; 2) de¬termination of scattering and noise wave matrices of networks while changing node currents and voltages. The method is implemented in CAD tool for symbolic analysis of microwave circuits, MICROSYMA, using the MapleV environment Examples of solving microwave circuit symbolic analysis problems with computer are presented.

The article raises the problems of legal computerization in the conditions of forming common legal information space in Russia which provides all sections of society and each individual citizen with legal information. It is noted that legal computerization opens new possibilities for improving the organization of legal activity. The data of sociological research done by the author show that new information technologies based on the use of personal computers and telecommunication means are not applied in modern legal practice in time. It is also noted that the solution of these problems can be achieved on the basis of information orientation of higher law education, multilevel and multicomponent system of training specialists according to information culture model. This model reveals the role of the disciplines «Computer Science» and «Law Computer Science» due to which new forms of training are developed and trends to forming open education, using new technical devices and improving methods of teaching are secured.

The article discusses the formation of psychology of literary creative work, especially the initial stage. The formation is considered as an independent research area in Russian and international science. We show that the formation of psychology of creative work in Russia in the last third of 19th century – first half of 20th century was determined by major developments in such areas as theory of literature and scientific psychology. Additional cause of the formation was the specific status of Russian classical literature in social life. In addition, we represent a wide range of points of view, which reflect the dominant approaches to determination of the substantive aspect of the discussed phenomenon. The psychology of literary creative work is defined as a branch of scientific knowledge that studies the processes of the writer’s reflection of reality and the implementation of the processes in a specific art form. The psychology of literary creative work uses the methodological principles of either psychology or other related disciplines such as theory of literature, linguistics, aesthetics, and others. To sum up, the analytical review of articles, devoted to the issue, convincingly demonstrates that the formation of psychology of the literary creative work as a scientific field took place at the junction of various sciences and concerned studies of the creating subject and products of the subject’s activities.

Panchenko Y.Y. THE MOTIVE OF TOXICITY AND ABUSE AS A MEANS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT “LOVE” IN KLAVA KOKA’S SONGS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 6 (218). P. 27-37

Introduction. Klava Koka is one of the most popular performers on the modern Russian musical stage, and therefore it is of interest to analyze the motivational content of her work. We have established the key role of the motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s songs. It manifests itself in the peculiarities of the interpersonal relations of the characters of the songs, as well as in their values and attitudes. Toxicity refers to the ability of a person or relationship to provoke emotional pain and the complete depletion of the resources of the partner of interaction. Abusive relationships in a broad sense are characterized by the controlling, coercive, threatening, humiliating and violent behavior of one of the partners. Although the perception of love as pain and suffering is a recurrent idea of Western pop music, in Klava Koka’s songs, this attitude to love acquires signs of toxicity and, in some cases, abusiveness. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to prove the dominant role of the motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s songs. Material and methods. We have analyzed 26 songs written by Klava Koka herself or in co-authorship with the lyricists of the Black Star label. The main research methods are the method of holistic analysis of a work, as well as conceptual analysis. Results and discussion. The motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s songs is manifested in the following features of the characters’ relationships and their values: metaphorization of love as pain and suffering, antagonism between partners in relationships, dominance / submission as a pattern of relationships, violence as an important component of relationships, dependence from a partner or from a relationship, intensification of love feelings by one of the partners. The fact that in all the songs that we have considered, the listed features are presented to certain degree, enables us to speak about the dominant role of the motive of toxicity and abuse in Klava Koka’s work. Conclusion. Toxicity and abuse tend to be romanticized in the singer’s lyrics, being presents as an integral part of “genuine” relationships and a manifestation of “true” love. The motive of toxicity and abuse is functioning as the main means of realization of the concepts of “love” and “pain” in Klava Koka’s songs, where the both concepts are linked into a single conceptual pair.

This paper presents the analysis of the metaphorical models of the concept of fact from the perspective of Cognitive Linguistics. More specifically, we attempt to show how Lakoff’s theory of conceptual metaphor can help us refine an unclear deem nature of the concept of fact in Modern English, which can accrue from the frequent occurrence of conventionalized metaphorical expressions about fact in everyday language. Thus, metaphor is understood as a partial mapping between conceptual domains of experience, a source domain and a target domain. In this way, we intend to make this interesting construct more useful and cognitively plausible instrument for our linguistic analysis.

In conditions of modern civilization with its characteristic trends towards globalization and informatization the sufficient level of native, non-native and foreign languages is required for the implementation of the important tasks of life (educational, professional, etc.). It is obvious that the media should be ready for appropriate and effective use of the resources of natural language, taking into account its linguocultural specificity. The solution of this task is subject to language training – carried out in the education system set of measures aimed at the development and improvement of language competence as a component of communicative competence of students, representing the level of development of their cognitive abilities and cultural content of the thesaurus. Language training usually begins with studying the development of norms, rules, grammatical structure of the native language, the formation of the skill of expression by means of oral and written language code, the ability to work with the text. Along with the improvement of linguistic competence in the use of the native language, further language training can be focused on the development of one or more foreign languages. The latter need to explain the requirements of the time, including the expansion of the social, economic and cultural contacts between the two countries, the inclusion of carriers in the global Internet communications. The article deals with the modern teaching technologies used in the practice of language training in order to increase the efficiency of formation and improvement of linguistic competence of both the Russian native speakers, and the inofons. The article presents the systematization and generalization of experience of professional activity of specialists – teachers, trainers and teachers of secondary and higher education, engaged in the teaching of the Russian language as a native, non-native and foreign language, as well as foreign languages in the regional educational institutions. In connection with it, the article will cover the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Aim – to search for and define the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Material and methods. Such methods of analysis as theoretical methods (analyzing and summarizing what is in literature, analyzing statistical data, modelling) and empirical methods (using surveys, questioning, testing) were applied. Stating the set of conditions is based on summarizing empirically the activities of the center for students’ employment. Modern researchers’ approaches to defining “organizational and pedagogical conditions” are presented. Apart from others is the group of researchers analyzing organizational and pedagogical conditions as a set of factors. Also, the article reveals the point of view of researchers who think that organizational and pedagogical conditions are a set of some schemes. Separately we analyze research works by scientists who think that in the definition of “organizational and pedagogical conditions” there are two sensible components: organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions. Results and discussion. Analyzing issues and summarizing empirical experience, it was specified that under organizational conditions we will mean factors that guarantee controlling the process and pedagogical conditions will be understood as factors including content, methods, means, forms of teaching, upbringing that provide achieving pedagogical goals. In such a case, putting together organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions into one set used for achieving one mutual goal will result in organizational and pedagogical conditions together. On the basis of it in Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Tomsk State Pedagogical University” we made up and tested a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to students’ professional self-determination. Conclusion. There has been put forward the definition of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university, including students with low motivation for pedagogical profession, that can be used as a basis for the activities of university centers for students’ employment.

By the initiative of the party and the state, the efforts of solving problems were made but they could not be solved either during the war or the postwar period. This article is devoted to the study of the theme-rhema structures with the hypertheme in newspaper „announcements” in the German newspaper „Die Zeit“. The emphasis is given to the analysis of the specific features of the theme-rhema structures in the texts written by women- and men-authors. Along with those questions similarities and differences are considered in the newspaper announcements of different size and thematic. At the end of the article the author makes conclusions about special features of the newspaper announcements with the hypertheme in the theme-rhema structure with regard to the author’s gender characteristics.
