Chervonnyy M.A. THE CONTEXT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONTINUOUS PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN CONSTRUCTING THE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TRAINING CONCEPT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 8 (185). P. 51-58

The article considers the development of the future educators training concept, based on the actual value and goal orientations in the development of the continuous pedagogical education. The article describes the value-attitude constituent and theoretical content of the concept. The practical content of the concept represents the processes of pedagogical support of the students’ activities within the integrated educational space of higher pedagogical, general and additional education systems. Such processes include pedagogical probation which comprises educational and work experience internships for the pedagogical higher education institution students. The internships are supervised by the mentors from among the leading educators who work at different levels of educational system. The theory and practice of situation and context based learning and subject-to-subject approach are taken as a basis for educational processes developed within the pedagogical concept. This provides the active involvement of future teachers in professional and quasi-professional situations and in solution of the problems arising within the situations. The creation of the integrated educational space is aimed at the support of a wide range of practice oriented forms and kinds of activities of future teachers in process of performing by them their professional tasks. The creation of such space in educational process of higher education institution is provided by the work of the Center for Additional Physical, Mathematical and Natural Science Education. Further perspectives of the research are connected with the construction of the practical content as a component of the discussed educational concept and the study of the concept’s verification results, which would allow to develop a full and substantiated understanding of the process and results of the pedagogical support in the training of pedagogical university students with the use of the potential of higher, general and additional education integration.

Meremkulova T.I. THE TYPOLOGY OF BORROWED GALLICISMS IN THE CONTEMPORARY LITERARY GERMAN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 90-95

The article provides a typology of borrowed Gallic words within the contemporary literary German language based on a grid of criteria allowing a most holistic description of the symptomatic phenomena inside the borrowed Gallic stratum: 1) on the lexical-semantic criterion, 2) on the assimilation specificity, 3) on the way of borrowing, 4) on the method of derivation and 5) composition. For the first time such typological phenomena as re-borrowing, reverse borrowing and formal-structural accommodation, as well as former pseudo-Francization, are interpreted. Typology refers to the structural-systematic features of the studied lexical stratum. The selection of types of borrowed Gallicisms in the modern German literary language involves a number of theoretical and methodological difficulties. This is due to the volatility of the proposed taxonomic criteria, on the one hand, and difficulties in determining the status of borrowing, in particular, in the matter of delimiting it from the concept of a “foreign language”, on the other. The typology of Gallic borrowings functioning within the German literary idiom is of great importance for synchronous codification practices and general lexicography. Appeal to the issues of assimilation (adaptation) of this vocabulary segment of the German literary idiom is inevitable due to the multidimensionality and multilevel processes of integrating the Gallic heritage into the system of the German literary language. The historical unevenness of assimilation determines the existence of only synchronous taxonomic set that testifiesto the dynamism of the studied processes in the canvas of the historical development of the German literary language.

Keywords: borrowing, Gallicisms, contemporary literary German language, typology, criteria

It exceed the bounds of the philosophical problem of personal choice. The process of professional education for a practical psychologist becomes the process of his professional formation and his personality formation in general. Stepanov E.S. DEONYMIC DERIVATION FROM PRECEDENT NAMES IN GERMAN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 80-84

The present article dwells on the possibilities of the extension of the precedent phenomena vocabulary by means of the use of word formation resources. The article presents four ways of word formation on the base of precedent names: deonymic stem composition, deonymic conversion, deonymic overlapping and deonymic derivation. A particular attention is paid to the phenomenon of deonymic derivation – a way of formation of the appellatives on the base of precedent names by means of affixation. The result of deonymic derivation is a formation of new lexical items, which possess the precedent status. Among them several word classes can be distinguished specifically nouns, adjectives and verbs. Each of these classes retains the set of qualities and peculiarities rooted in precedent names. Typical suffixes used in the formation of new nouns are e.g. (er)ei, isierung and ung. In the sphere of adjectives following suffixes can be used: ig, isch, weise. New verbs can be formed with the suffixes en, eln, (is)ieren and so on. Deonymic derivation is a very creative word formation method. The new precedent deonymic constructs are as a rule resources of the expressive language and therefore they are often used in media discourse and in the speech of politicians. They keep the shades of meaning and semes rooted in the original precedent names and subsequently form a new group of precedent phenomena.

Keywords: cognitive linguistics, precedence, theory of precedence, precedent name, word formation, deonymic derivation

In anglophone historiography the modernization in prepetrine Muscovy is considered as the result of the military reforms and the external influences. The sources of such effects were located in the West as well as in the East. The “military revolution” has been recognized as an important aspect of the historical transformation of the state and society. It has identified the development of the fiscal-military state. Whereas the process of the new military technologies translation went out from Europe, the Ottoman Empire and the Golden Horde passed out the autocratic political model “of the Service State” and the concept of the fiscal policy. In the estimates of foreign authors pre-Petrine military reforms were effective enough, but they have increased social and cultural gap between Europe and Russia.

In the fast-developing field of implicit pragmalinguistics, our investigation fills the gap in the wide scope of today’s research revealing the actualization of the hidden grammatical meanings depending on the specific pragmatic situation of human communication. This article analyzes the verbal habits of New-Zealand politician John Key according to emotive and conative-oriented strategies. It also identifies the fragment of John’s verbal image based on automatized and unconscious choice of the speech signals, represented in the hidden verbal strategies. They are focused on the hidden conviction of the interlocutor and the formation of his mental state. The recipient takes them on an unconscious level simultaneously with lexical, semantic, grammatical forms and meanings. Speech signals of hidden intentions, as the contents of the hidden intentions are considered as the novelty of the work. The given verbal image allows us to reveal his automatized verbal experience, so therefore his individuality and uniqueness. The difficulty lies in the interpretation of these hidden intentions as well as their existence in speech and their perceptions by the recipients.
