| 2807 | Two tasks of innovation management require its methodological solution. Those tasks are effective selection of asymptotical target and management of generation of unexampled innovations. Methodological strategies of solving these tasks can be put as dilemma. Constructive solution of this dilemma is based at “Semiotic Attractor” conception. The concept became a synthesis of the philosophy of process, results of methodological research related to information phenomenon as a process and results of fundamental research of non-linear dynamics and semiotics. The concept expresses conditions of organization of states meeting nature of managed system's attractors. This “Semiotic Attractor” is realized as an occasion – occasion of random selection and occasion of unexampled innovation's generation. Organization of conditions leading to occurrence of similar occasions is relevant to solution of innovations management tasks. Solution was obtained on basis of four interdependent conditions: 1) innovations management is management of targets; 2) phase states of targeted situations set by semiotic means exclusively; 3) information mechanisms of self-organization require intermediary situation to be formed which should be dependent on asymptotical target; 4) verbalization of asymptotical target should represent current intermediate situation. The latter does not mean concealment of final targets but meet requirement for future should be open for the future innovations. Selection of final target is a choice between aspirations of altruism, perfectionism, hedonism or utilitarianism. | 2811 | The problem of correlation between professional development and maturity of a specialist is, first of all, the problem of the objectives and priorities of education to give knowledge or develop a personality (a system of values, mental and moral characteristics) who acquires knowledge. In the first case the process easily regulated and controlled, in the second case improvisation, creativity and unpredictability of results is prevailed. Professionalism doesn’t contradict with the intellectual development of a specialist but it doesn’t equal to it as well. Professionalism and spirituality lie in the context of a human integrity. Today, along with the dominating practical orientation of education towards specialist training and increasing of profitability of resources invested in their training, the acmeological (eco-psychological) approach to education in the ‘and-and’ context rather than ‘or-or’ when professional training is regarded as the process of personal education who develops the ability to act in the chosen direction and who acquires knowledge that a man considers necessary for him. While acquiring ontological sense, education becomes the existence category. And ‘knowledge-skills’ learning from the goal of education is only a means of developing abilities. | 2817 | The article analyzes the semantic complexes connected with the representation of the Vologda region in the novel by L. Ulitskaya “Green tent”. Having studied all mentions of the region in the text the author draws to conclusion that the image of the Vologda region accumulates the traditional understanding of the province as a field of resistance and inertness, preserving underlying national traits and implementing patriarchal-family basis. The Vologda region serves as a place of exile or escape from prospective danger; the personification of family which guarantees safety and transfer the national traits of the character; it is the area of the gradual decay of the countryside world, embodiment of the Russian North in general with its “intact timid nature”. This peripheral area from the chronological point of view is interpreted as the past. Arriving from the center (Moscow) at the Vologda region looks like the descent, decline in not only patriarchal existence, but also in the history of own family. | 2818 | The article deals with topical for up-to-date media communication tertiary texts, named so by the author. These texts are reactions to primary and secondary media texts. According to regulative theory as one of the trends of communicative stylistics of text it analyses the regulative potential of tertiary media texts, including typical and more spread regulative means, regulative structures, means of regulativity and regulative strategies, which determine pragmatics of media communication members; reveales the factors, which influence efficiency of this process. Comments to primary and secondary texts from the site of radio station “Echo of Moscow” to the interview of K. Kosachev in April 2017 are the material of the research. It was determined that there is a dependence of regulative potential of tertiary media texts not only on individual peculiarities of its authors (level of their speech and common culture, specificity of world’s view, psychological and cognitive qualities), but also on such factors as informational area (site, in which the text is placed); subjects of primary media text; informational field of author’s and journalist’s language personalities including their value orientation; genre peculiarity of tertiary media text; media channel of connection owing to which efficient reaction on opinions of other Internet users is realised. It was revealed that value modality of tertiary media texts of comments genre is connected with dominating of emotional and valuation vocabulary including invectives, usage of different means of influence, including tropes, phraseological units, aphorisms. Among the regulative structures means of repetition (with citing of opponent’s statements or a primary text’s author) and a contrast for an opposing your own opinion to others is rather spread. The typical for tertiary media texts means of regulativity are the principles of simultaneity and vectors in the text activity of communicants. According to regulative strategy the most frequent strategy is an explicit strategy of intensifying and convergent type with predominance of the logic of expressing emotions. The results are of great interest for the theory of speech influence, media linguistics, communicative stylistics of text. | 2819 | The article deals with the concept Friend and the ways of its actualization in the language usage of the youth in English. It characterizes the youth as a special social and age group. The language usage of the youth is chosen in the article because of its dynamic development that meets the requirements of modern society. The results of the definition analysis of the lexeme “bro” and its derivatives as a part of concept Friend are given. The article presents formal and informal definitions of “bro”, which show two main connotations of the word: “blood relationships” and “kinship of souls” regardless of gender. It defines seven semantic fields with the “bro” root words which characterize the concept Friend in the English language. The fields are: friendship with no boundaries, close nonsexual relations between men, assistance, having fun, love, male friendship through the prism of attitude to women, friendship as hobby. The article describes each of the fields with details and states the increasing nominative ability of the lexeme “bro”. The concept Friend is becoming more pragmatic because of new nominations and semantic fields: friend is a person to spend free time with (bromam, to bro out, brover), even to make love to (friend-a-fit, broabe) or to interact with to gain more popularity (frien, frienaddict). However, modern language usage of the youth saves the “real friend” nominations: bromance, brover, bromandawg, frienbling, bro-action. | 2820 | Introduction. The topicality of the research is determined by a new communicative-activity approach to the analysis of a poetic text that is very relevant for modern linguistics in order to identify its regulatory potential in the work of one of the most famous poets of the Silver Age O. E. Mandelstam. In connection with the insufficient study of the evolution of the author’s poetic worldview, it is of particular interest to analyze the regulatory means and structures in his early lyrics that are significant for organizing a dialogue between the author and the addressee. The purpose of the article is the analysis of regulatory means and structures in the early work of O. E. Mandelstam with the material of the first album of the poet “Stone” (1913). An attempt has been made to systematize regulatory means and structures in the work of the author, to determine the main functions of these structures in poetic texts. Results and discussion. According to the results of the study, it was found that Mandelstam’s early work presents a wide range of regulatory means that help to actualize a particular image in the reader’s mind, performing an aesthetic function. The analysis procedure included the following steps: 1) identification of regulatory means and structures; 2) their systematization; 3) the study of their functions in the most characteristic poems for the author, relating to the early period in the work of Mandelstam from the album “Stone”; 4) conducting receptive experiments aimed at identifying the effects of the poetic word and determining its regulatory capabilities. Among the most frequently used by the author regulatory means, a metaphor and comparison should be singled out. Due to the fact that the poems included in the album “Stone” are often narrative, the poet uses syntactic constructions complicated by the adverbial participial phrases or participial phrases, lines of homogeneous members. Conclusion. Based on the results, it was concluded that Mandelstam’s poetic texts related to early work have a fairly high degree of influence on the reader due to the presence of bright and expressive lexical regulators in them. The results of the study will help in substantiation of the author’s individual style and his poetic worldview.
