| 2813 | The article discusses the characteristics of cognitive mechanisms of semantic transformations in phraseological units (FU): literal interpretation, dual actualization and reinterpretation. The author analyses the particular examples of semantic transformations in FU found in the letters. The article explores general principles in functioning of cognitive mechanisms of semantic transformations in FU and their distinctive features. In the analysis of the contextual use of transformed phraseological units there are used the data of extra-linguistic category contained in the comments to letters, reference literature. The author believes that literal interpretation of FU is provided by the associative relationship with the component composition of each of FU. If cognitive mechanisms ensuring this technique does not work, it does not affect the decoding of meaning. During dual actualization lexical meanings of components of FU and phraseological meanings operate simultaneously, layering. The author focuses on the “dual” meaning of such units, achievable by this technique, and relies on the effect of this semantic technique. If the mechanism fails, some part of the coded by this method information becomes lost for recipient. Reinterpretation gives FU an occasional sense. The author of the article proves that encoding can be successful if the semantic content of FU is explained by means of surrounding context. | 2824 | Introduction. The study of the costume code of linguistic cultural type is presented. The relevance of this work is due to the lack of basic research studying the costume code in linguistic culture. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time the vocabulary of the dialects of the Middle Ob region is considered as the result of objectification of the costume code of cultural in type. The purpose of the analysis of language material is to determine the essence and identify the specifics of the functioning of the costume code in dialect linguistic culture. The following tasks were set: to determine the circle of tokens through which the costume code is verbalized; carry out their classification; define the costume code functions that are represented in these language units. Material and methods. The research material was the dialectic speech of the inhabitants of the Middle Ob region recorded in the Tomsk dialect dictionaries and in the dialect base of the Laboratory for General and Siberian Lexicography of Tomsk State University. In the course of the work, more than a thousand lexical units were identified, objectifying the sphere of traditional Russian clothing. In the course of the work, descriptive, differentiated, distributive methods were used, as well as a semantic analysis of linguistic units, their linguocultural description. The use of the above methods of analysis and processing of the material made it possible to fix the special cultural meanings of the costume code objectified in the dialect language. Conclusion. The vocabulary of the dialects of the Middle Ob, objectifying the costume code, is considered as a set of culturally significant units, in the semantics of which there is a cultural connotation. It is shown how the cultural semantics of the costume item is verbalized, i.e. it is represented in the language code. The relevance of the analysis is due to the communicative-activity approach to the study of language, in line with which the precedent texts act as a means of communication of the author and the addressee, accumulating quantum of cultural information and stimulating the complex of associations in the mind of the addressee. The aim of the article is to precise the specificity of textual associations of precedent phrases in media discourse. Material and methods. The types of associative links of precedent texts are considered on the material of the texts of periodicals Komsomolskaya Pravda, Izvestia, Trud, as well as electronic information portals. The study was carried out in line with the associative course of the communicative stylistics of the text. Results and discussion. The analysis made it possible to reveal typical extralinguistic associations of precedent texts, among which are the name of the author, the title of the work, the name of the character. The associative field of the precedent text includes figurative, thematic, situational, cognitive associations, stimulated both by the precedent text itself and by the topic, the recipient text genre. The results of the study may be of interest in the implementation of such courses as Stylistics, Philological Analysis of the Text, Text Activity in Different Areas of Communication, etc. Conclusion. The analysis showed that the associative field, stimulated by the precedent text, contains a complex of linguistic and extralinguistic associations, which are important for understanding both the precedent utterance and the recipient text. The precedent text, as a rule, has associative support in the recipient text and is a means of organizing the cognitive activity of the reader.
